A nice, clean hotel. Very quiet and peaceful. Friendly and approachable staff. Meals were very generous, filling and delicious! Breakfast was a mix of continental and cooked so it set us up for the day. Would love to come back.

Very good environment and location

The room was great. Butcthe hotel was very noisy with little kids running in the hall and talking at 6:30 am. Also I was there for a meeting and awards banquet and the room next to us had a sweet 16 party that started at 4 pm with very loud music. They were asked to lower the music and they just turned it up louder. So loud we could here our selves talk. I felt sorry for the organizers. Took away from there event.

This hotel was so good..the rooms,linen and cleanliness was remarkable for the price spent.The chef had taken great care to give every dish the best authentic taste.. The manager and staff are very friendly and accommodating.. We LOVE this place and have come several times..We will recommend this to any solo, couples and families..Truly value for money with the most wonderful safe beach,150 metre away. Nous avons pu passer un séjour très agréable dans cet h?tel. La chambre était propre, et l’ensemble du personnel était aimable et accueillant. Nous avons pris le petit-déjeuner à l’h?tel chaque matin, et il était vraiment délicieux. Bien que nous soyons japonais, la s?ur — pardon, la dame — du personnel qui s’occupait du service du petit-déjeuner s’est montrée particulièrement souriante et bienveillante à notre égard. Nous lui en sommes très reconnaissants. Nous aimerions sincèrement revenir dans cet h?tel et y séjourner de nouveau lors d’un prochain passage à Saint-Malo.

The room was ok but the TV didn’t work and the front desk had a hard time trying to fix the problem. Was on the first floor and very noisy with everyone upstairs moved. Also when someone took a shower upstairs our pipes in our bathroom gurgled very loud the entire time. Went to take a shower in the morning and absolutely no hot water. I ask to change rooms to an upstairs room and not on the side of the street right next door. They said if I wanted a room on the non-street side which had double beds it would cost me an additional 15.00 for that. Meanwhile no consideration on what we went through the night before or compensation for no hot water at all.

We had really nice experience living there. The staff was really really good. And room was so warm and clean. Its just everything is tooo good

I have stayed this hotel many times. This hotel is getting old and I think they are doing some renovations.? There is no hot bath water in my room, called the reception and was told maintenance are busy in other rooms.? Overall average.
