The room was very clean and the staff are very friendly and try their best to help you. We will be using this hotel again in the future.

Furniture in lobby was dirty and broken down. The rebar was not working and we had a very hard time getting our luggage up to the 3rd floor.

E' il nostro quarto anno di seguito in questo albergo.Una struttura eccezionale da tutti i punti di vista...elegante pur mantenendo tutto il calore del classico stile alpino....un po' defilato dal centro che risulta pero' facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e comunque dotato di un servizio navetta gratuito efficientissimo...il nuovo centro benessere e' da sogno con tanti servizi e spazi meravigliosi ....la cena e' superlativa,degna di un ristorante stellato....il personale e' gentile,competente e sempre disponibile a risolvere ogni problema ed esigenza....... e poi c'e' lei ....la signora Silvana...sempre presente ad accogliere e salutare i suoi ospiti.....sempre attenta a verificare che ognuno sia soddisfatto dell'andamento del suo soggiorno....con mille attenzioni che non ricevi in nessuna altra struttura ... le torte che personalmente la Silvana regala ad ogni ospite che riparte fanno ulteriore differenza.... Grazie a lei e al suo modo di gestire il Lorenzetti non fai vacanza in un albergo ma ritorni ogni anno a casa.....a casa da nonna!! Di alberghi belli,eleganti ed efficienti come questo ce ne sono tanti ma gli altri non hanno un'anima...non hanno lei...LA NOSTRA SILVANA?????

The Hotel location is very good and not crowded where is nearby the KL attractions points. But one thing I would like to feedback is the breakfast, I noticed there is one Indian lady staff is not helpful and unprofessional to the customer. I ask for the scrambled eggs on the menu and she ask me to take from the egg bowls which she cooked long time ago. This is very unprofessional service to the customer and somemore this is a 5 Star hotel. I suggested the hotel management can take a look and give some training to the staff.
