Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and everything went perfectly from start to finish. The rooms are spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, right by the beach, which made our stay even more special. The facilities are very good and offer everything you might need for a relaxing and convenient stay. On top of that, the staff truly deserves five stars — friendly, professional, and always helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Location and atmosphere is good. Rooms are old and small in size. Customer support staff needs to be more attentive. Food is average.

Beautiful hotel with yummy breakfast sets! The rooms are very spacious and the hotel is walking distance from many restaurants and a ring-making shop. I will definitely stay here again~

Avendo prenotato con un offerta speciale, il rapporto qualità/prezzo ne è valso il soggiorno. Quasi tutto lo staff è stato super gentile e disponibile. Le proposte, presentazione e soprattutto la qualità del cibo sia a colazione che a cena OTTIMO! Purtroppo le dimensioni del bagno della camera standard sono decisamente piccole. La vista della camera 116 da non considerare.

Our main objective in coming to The Zuri was rejuvenation through Ayurvedic treatments. However, we received so much more than that, thanks to the unparalleled service and warmth of the people here. We no longer see them just as staff; we consider them our extended family. We have faced significant health challenges recently, including heart and back surgeries. Without a doubt, this resort has been pivotal in our recovery. The targeted treatments have meant that many of our ailments have been eliminated or significantly diminished. Beyond the people, the Lime Tree Restaurant provided exceptional dining. From fresh fruit and healthy yogurts to fresh fish, lobster, and giant prawns, as well as international and North Indian dishes—everything was delicious. We cannot praise Executive Chef Boban and his team enough. Finally, the management team, led by General Manager Sarat Vasraj (whom we have known since 2010), is the sole reason we return year after year for extended periods. The unique service culture Sarat has cultivated surpasses anything we have experienced in our worldwide travels. He is to be highly commended for this. As long as this incredible standard continues, we will plan our return!
