Stay over for party in the function room. Room very clean ... staff professional and welcoming..plenty choice on beers and spirits at fair prices. Food for party top rate. Breakfast the same.

Everyone at the resort was very friendly and accommodating. The weather was quite cold during our stay, but of course that’s not something the staff can control. The golf course is about a 10-minute drive away across a toll bridge, so keep that in mind if you plan to play frequently. The rooms felt a bit small and fairly standard. The water views are nice, although the balconies are also on the smaller side. That said, I found the bed very comfortable and the shower was great. I did feel a little disappointed as I was expecting a larger room based on my booking. Breakfast was good overall. One thing to note is that most restaurants and attractions require a drive, as there isn’t much within close walking distance, which can be a bit of a hassle at times.

A very unique experience to be able to stay in an antique home in George Town. The place is spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The room itself is like a museum, and you can take lots of good pictures. Definitely worth staying while visiting Penang.

Die Einrichtung des eigentlichen Zimmers war etwas in die Jahre gekommen und mein Fenster ging lediglich auf eine Hinterhofgasse raus, aber der Rest war super! Das Bad war wohl kürzlich renoviert und entsprechend gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war durch die Bank freundlich und die Lage war spitze! Es geht wirklich nicht besser! Das Massimo Theater gegenüber ist quasi einer der Hauptknotenpunkte (samt Taxen) und die Stra?e runter führt direkt zum Hauptkreuz der vier Stadtviertel.

Room was very clean and comfortable… beds came straight from the heavens… we also took advantage of the pool which was a great temperature and well maintained. The only hotel pool I’ve been in w/out chlorine burning your eyes. Overall a great stay

The sanctuary staff were lovely and helpful. It had a very relaxed and quiet vibe. Perfect if you're looking for dome real downtime and chill. Unfortunately the pool wasn't usable. Which I was disappointed about as it was 35? and would have loved to swim. The water just wasnt clean at all murky. The room was spacious and big bathroom. AC, TV and Mini fridge.

Yes, the room was in good condition, however, the website was not accurate in its representation. It was just a bedroom when we were expecting the "penthouse suite". The amenities were fine, however, we were expecting to be prepare our dinner, but were told we could not use the stove because of food odour that may occur. There were many, many rules about what we could not do, and only a few that we could. The representative was pleasant enough, but it was a disappointing experience.
