Outstanding in every way. A stunning location, beautifully constructed buildings, great activities and sumptuous food. But most impressive was the gentle care each staff member exhibited. We were an extended family group, and each one of us felt genuinely cared for.

Lovely hotel, the area was beautiful and had nice walks available on the doorstep. Signs that the rooms needed some love (nobs missing on taps, bathroom light flickering, toilet making noises all night). Bar area and breakfast area were great, a excellent breakfast! Spa was a little disappointing, it was full of kids when we went and the sauna was broken.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix, orientation client/e, haute gastronomie, lieu rare et précieux de paix, tout à échelle familiale: le rêve.

Breakfast was bad eggs over cooked blackpudding over cooked. One. mail menber of staff was unprofessional in the restaurant.

Good: Quick check-in, friendly Staff, Spacious room, Electric Blankets, Delicious Continental Breakfast, All Foxtel Channels, Entry by Security Tag, Hot Shower. Bad: Air-con was set at 30C - room was Cold, Parking on the property was difficult

Construction was going on. Food was good at the restaurant. Valda was super helpful!! The bed was comfortable. AC and frig were not on upon our arrival so it was steamy hot!

Un bel h?tel dans le jus alsacien. L’accueil y est cordial.Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel.Seul petit bémol la zone spa et détente est exigu?. surtout en période de canicule où tout le monde s’y précipite.

Accomadation was first class, as was the whole hotel. The staff were excellent and very friendly. The food was a gastronomic delight along with superb views from the restaurant. Therefore overall a truly 5 star experience.

The hotel doesn't have parking. We had to park in the city parking lot and pay the meter. It wasn't a big deal since it's right across the street from the hotel. Check-in was very nice. Giovanni, the receptionist, was very welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't working in the entire building!!! The room was incredibly hot. We opened the window, and mosquitoes invaded the room because the screen had a large hole. Giovanni, was very kind and managed to get us a small fan, which, to be honest, made more noise than it did any relief from the heat. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of options and the waiters were very attentive.
