I booked the upgraded jacuzzi tub room. When I arrived I was told the tub Jets weren't working. I was given a regular room. I contacted both the hotel and the website afterwards to request a refund of the $37 upgrade fee. Hotel said pricing and refunds was up to ********** ********** said it was up to the hotel but at at least gave me a $25 one key credit. Unsatisfactory

Food was great views were good for our room

A bit old but still clean and tidy. Nice breakfast buffet. Limited parking space in the parking lot and you needa pay for it. Nice views of Launceston from hotel room.

Beautiful property, large and elegant room. Recommended!

Stayed 1 night before taking ferry to islands. Great location. Near to ferry port and restaurants. Nice pool and great breakfast. Comfortable stay
