H?tel très agréable et soigné, personnel sympathique. Par contre très dé?ue par ma chambre à l'annexe, petite , sans penderie et salle de bains avec douche exigu? , porte cassée, vraiment pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles.

Early morning, on Saturday 16th there were no proteins available at the breakfast room. There were some bread slices, pastries, waffles and some fruit, but no eggs or traditional breakfast meat of some type. It appears that they were understaffed that morning. I had to ask for some napkins because there weren't any in the napkin box. I didn't bother to go back for breakfast on Sunday. The room, bed, bathroom and towels were clean. The cable was supper slow if you tried to watch Youtube. Very disappointed about that. I believe the hotel is reasonably priced but is not at Marriott's other hotels level. However, I felt safe in its surroundings and that's very important for a solo, female traveler. A shout out to Cara, the lady on the cleaning staff who was so friendly and accommodating on my request.

What a fantastic gem to find in Birmingham! Beautiful lobby, delicious food, a spa and convenience. But as always, when traveling, it’s the staff that make the difference. From being greeted so nicely when I arrived to the front desk staff providing smiles and laughs, to going above and beyond to meet any requests, I found the staff to be outstanding. Would happily stay here again.

The beach view was good and service

We love the hotel! The staff is so nice and hotel is beautiful. We always stay here when we visit parents in Rome, Georgia.
