Very well positioned right on the river. Very clean and modern. Good sized rooms. Drinks and food very reasonable. Lovely, helpful staff. Was some outside space on a rooftop which could be made to look fantastic. Looks as though was a smoking area.

Sarova Shaba offered a unique and delightful experience. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, the food was good, and the location is unmatched, right on the river. I was there for a business meeting and the conference rooms with giant windows to the ponds were particularly lovely. What really makes Sarova special is the staff. A special thank you to Bernard the bartender and Nancy from guest services who made me smile everyday and made the experience that much better. Thank you for a very memorable stay! ps. The only downside I could think of for the lodge was the lack of AC throughout. That said, the team was responsive in accommodating requests for ice buckets, extra fans, and top sheets to make my stay more comfortable.

Nous sommes restés 3 nuits dans ce bel h?tel pour nos vacances en Sicile. Nous avons pris une chambre supérieure à l'étage, avec un balcon. La chambre était grande et belle. La salle de bains superbe. La piscine et le parc sont splendides. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était vraiment délicieux et varié avec des produits frais. Nous avons d?né au restaurant où le service et les plats étaient superbes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le service, il est poli et discret sans être invasif c'est un très bon équilibre. La masseria est un lieu au calme, reculé, il faut en effet une voiture pour profiter du Sud de la Sicile (Noto, Syracuse, Cava Grande del Cassibile, réserve de Vendicari). Il manque juste une bouilloire dans la chambre avec café, thé ou tisane.

Hotel dai grandi spazi, con una speciale atmosfera cinematografica e una zona spa per rigenerarsi e per rilassarsi ..il massaggio piedi gambe top ! spaziali i paccheri ai frutti di mare . Personale gentile e disponibile

Club level is definitely worth the upgrade excellent place to stay

Very obliging staff - lovely clean room. Good parking. Great food at Restaurant on a very busy Mother's Day dinner time.

Un peu dé?u de la part de l'h?tel de ne pas nous avoir prévenu des travaux en cours..donc pas très agréable entre les couloirs en ****** et les odeurs de peinture dans la chambre. Par contre le service du soir au restaurant excellent !! Et le ptit déjeuner idem rien à dire. Le personnel du restaurant est très gentil et très serviable.

Rooms were amazing, location to Ollantaytambo was superb, food was out of this world - site was amazing to walk at night.....wish I could have had stayed longer--like years longer!!!!!
