The reception staff were very polite and friendly, which is perhaps a common trait among Italians, but it's truly a remarkable quality. As someone who will be pursuing my PhD at Udine soon, I would highly recommend this hotel to any friends who visit me in the future.

Place was thilthy not a triple room radiator hanging off the wall its house of multiple occupancy full of loud smack & crack head all shouting in the corrudor day & night cane back to mental health nusre banging like crazy said wanted the girl in our room who id atually seen & she said thats my room your in so then was worried about who had keys this place is nothing like advertised You shoukd not mix long term residents with issues with paying guests it was very frightening going out the room padt about 8 lads & girls all of there heads

Perfekter Einstieg über die Mittelstation ganz ohne Warten auch an sonnigen Sonntagen.. Individueller Spa nach langen Skitagen. Passt alles

Vriendelijk personeel. Locatie perfect om zo Lisieux in te lopen. De ontbijtzaal was jammergenoeg donker en somber.

Not very clean, there was a towel and other miscellaneous things under one of the beds. It was advertised as 2 queens and it was really 2 full size mattresses. Staff was friendly otherwise

The hotel has a great location and rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is good with a wide selection, but the restaurant’s food is overpriced and of poor quality.

The best western carlton is a superb hotel to stay for one or two nights or more.the beds are very comfortable and the bathroom with super hot water is great.lie back and enjoy that well earned break away. Superb value for money and the staff are very welcoming on arrival. Good location and in a quiet area of Blackpool. Shops and north pier about 10 to 15 mins walk.

The stay was comfortable and pleasant. The houskeeping staff and the morning breakfast are more pleasant. Very humble and friendly behaviour of the staff here. Big thanks to Rutik, he is the go to person for your breakfast needs.

Che dire..ottimo hotel. A partire dalla gentilezza e professionalità del personale sia della reception che di sala. Camere ampie con un bellissimo e spazioso balcone. La zona relax, un'oasi. Perfetto anche per famiglie con bimbi piccoli come noi, acqua calda e piacevole. In settimana i bimbi non hanno vincoli di orario per accedere in piscina. Per non parlare della colazione. Un piacere per i miei occhi (essendo celiaca)e una goduria per il palato del mio compagno e di mio figlio. Dal salato al dolce, dai cereali alla frutta allo yogurt. Non mancava davvero nulla. Celiaci tranquilli, anche per noi ci sono prodotti senza glutine e senza lattosio. Purtroppo tutto confezionato ma comunque ci sono. Per noi è stata la seconda volta in questo hotel e posso dire che ci tornerò sicuramente.
