Abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura Brizi 5 per due notti, io e la mia famiglia, nel monolocale deluxe, durante il mese di agosto. La struttura si è rivelata una tappa strategica perfetta per spezzare il viaggio Milano–Salento. Ottima anche la posizione, a soli 200 metri dal centro, ideale per visitare comodamente la città a piedi. Il monolocale è molto carino, curato e dotato di tutti i comfort, perfetto per un soggiorno pratico ma rilassante. Per chi è alla ricerca di un po’ di relax, a soli 10 minuti di auto si può raggiungere la villa con piscina, accessibile esclusivamente ai clienti della struttura: un luogo davvero paradisiaco! Ad accogliervi troverete il cugino della signora Rita, una persona splendida che vi farà sentire subito come a casa. Un ringraziamento speciale alla signora Rita, a suo nipote e a tutto lo staff per la gentilezza, la disponibilità e l’attenzione riservata agli ospiti. Consigliatissimo!

Room clean and modern Excellent location Staff friendly

The worst and overpriced place you can find to stay. The hotel needs renovations, and has been for about 15 years. I paid 100 euros for a tiny attic room. For that modest price, you get a room with dirty carpeting, scuffed doors, and dingy furniture. The only acceptable thing about the room was the bed. The bathroom was riddled with mold, water stains, and a cracked sink. I washed myself in disgust. Plus, there's only one window; I have a larger one in the attic at home. The service is less than average; some of the staff don't even bother to say hello (and no, it's not that they didn't hear). I won't be back and I won't recommend it to anyone. The old building and furniture are one thing, and the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility are another. This place may be acceptable, but at least for half the price...

L’h?tel aurait besoin d’investissements pour conserver ses 4 étoiles à mon sens, surtout au niveau mobilier et literie. Le petit déjeuner est un peu light en variété de choix et en qualité de produits. Le personnel est accueillant et disponible.

Room was wonderful with its own ground floor patio. So peaceful and quiet and only 5 mins to lake. Lovely service. Fabulous brekkie. Tea and coffee available all day.

second year in a row and it is still a really special place. Twenty beautiful lodges set in 20 acres are stunning. Fantastic swimming pool. The hospitality here is top notch, staff are wonderful and Deepak the manager went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. He went out of his way, with no fuss, to get the medication that I required within 2 hours - I very much appreciated that. It was a pleasure to return - we both feel really privileged to have done so and hope to return next year. Special mention to the manager of room servicing who went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed.

房间蛮大的，有两个懒人沙发和一个大沙发，够一个小朋友睡，但没办法变成梳化床，不过前台超级好，找人帮我们把沙发铺上床单！除了隔音有点不行之外，其他真的满分，地板床什么的都很乾净
