The place was clean and I wasn’t looking for a whole lot. Just needed to get away for the weekend. As a property manager, I was disappointed to see that locks were being changed while people were in their rooms. I mean like welding outbox it was a ridiculous experience. Understandably so door knobs had to be changed out upgrades have to be made, but emails to your guests, letting them know that they’re gonna be inconvenienced while trying to enjoy a quiet evening or in other cases locked out as we were waiting for our key to be reprogrammed. We had a few other guests that were upset that they were locked out of their rooms because no one told them the room is clean for the most part a few stains on the carpet which look like ink so probably will not be able to shampoo. Otherwise it was pretty quiet other than the housekeepers playing music and having personal phone conversations on the floor and vendors in and out of units changing out locks. But unit unit you can hear footsteps, water, running, etc. things to be expected.

Check-in process and main door soundproofing could be improved. Maybe have a dedicated counter at 1st floor. Location is the best. Very close proximity to Bukit Bintang but still relatively quiet.

Overall a positive experience here at the Highland hotel. The foyer feels very luxury and the building definitely feels it has some age too it. This does come with the downside of a smell of oldness but its not a bad smell and not noticeable for long. Rooms are clean as was the bathroom, had all the essentials you need, plenty of plugs and the room itself was large and roomy. Others have complained about it being cold but we found the heating to be fine and the beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and for only ￡56 it was a great value stay. Recommend ??

On first glance beautiful room, until we could smell the rubbish that was left under the sink. The rubbish was 2 days old according to the Dominos pizza box, disgusting! My daughter was very excited by the huge bath, good job I’d didn’t want to use it as the hot water ran out half way filled. Hot tub experience wasn’t pleasant in a dark yard with no working lightbulbs. No Netflix, apps or way of streaming to the TV which I have never experienced before in this kind of “luxury” self catering stay at ￡300 for the night. And to add, it wasn’t great that there was no air fryer or oven. Had to take our own for our New Year’s Eve picky tea we’d bought. I contacted the Ramside group about my complaint before leaving a review, only to be ignored so just won’t book again or recommend to others.

A busy street but there are lot of eateries all in walking distance. A short walk to my favorite eatery was a lechon dinner and they roasted the pork right in the area. You can watch it on an electric rotisserie and when served it’s really fresh and crunchy! ?There’s a good 1.5 mile walk towards the ocean front for exercise and less traffic as well.

I had a pleasant stay at Istayhotel in Valencia. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were professional and helpful. The location is convenient and well connected, which made getting around the city easy. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I loved everything about our four-night stay. The cabin was perfectly clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. Being less than 100m to a glorious beach was wonderfully relaxing. It's close to restaurants and shops but far enough out of Busselton to feel miles away from anywhere. I didn't want to leave.
