We went to this hotel for a dinner which was really good and you can choose between meat or fish choices. Both were amazing, together with wine and a professional, kind service. There is a parking lot outside.

The staff at the DoubleTree were great. Very helpful. We got upgraded to a larger suite, but the suite appeared to have been recently renovated and not complete. There were no dressers and the closet was small. The bed was a little worn and sunk in some in the middle. The bar area had 2 TVs, but one was playing fairly loud music with inappropriate lyrics. The bartender disappeared numerous times and did not seem concerned with the cleanliness of the bar. Morning breakfast was nice, biscuits were great. Unfortunately, they only had one person working to fill coffee, bring out extra food and cash people out. The poor woman working the breakfast was constantly busy and found it difficult to refill coffee or get us a check. The site did have a vehicle to take you into town and the driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but I just expected more from a DoubleTree hotel.

We were very excited for our stay at this hotel as we had seen the pictures online and booked a sea view balcony room based on this. We open our balcony doors to sit and enjoy a glass of wine and the ‘paid for sea view’ which was a very large tree that blocked the whole view of the sea. After 20 minutes we had to close the door and sit inside our room due to people on the public benches below our room smoking not only tobacco but also ******** with the smoke coming directly into the room. We then discovered a large cockroach running across the top of the TV. I thought it had gone into my open suitcase and had to empty it to find the cockroach which I then killed and disposed of. I phoned the after hours management number to complain. They didn’t change our room but met us the next morning on check out. After explaining our situation, they told us we could complain to the local council about the tree (that’s not our job as customers) and gave us ￡10 off in lieu of the lack of sea view. The cockroach was for free…..! Highly disappointed and will never stay again or recommend.

The hotel has a good location and is close to nice restaurants and bars. It also has beautiful restaurants in it and very delicious especially Yamashiro which serve great cocktails and food. The pool was under construction so I could not enjoy it but it provides a great view over the water.

Great hotel, great location, great breakfast!

The shower hardly worked, it had a large shower head but water only came out of a handful of the holes and there was no hot water no matter how much the settings were adjusted so ended up washing my hair in the sink! The bed was uncomfortable and so had a really poor nights sleep. The only coffee in the room was for the nespresso machine, would have been nice to have a choice of capsules and instant coffee sachets. The pub and restaurant were very nice but I wouldn’t stay again unfortunately

ナイトマーケットに近い场所でとても良かったです。 中心地から离れているので静かですが蛙は大声です。 自然が豊かで屋上からの眺めは最高です。 ヘアドライヤーの贷し出しもあって、スタッフはとても亲切なのでこのホテルに滞在するのはオススメです。

Wow! What a hotel! Stuff is very young and perfect!

Perfectly adequate. Friendly staff. I didn’t use the bar or restaurant. I was only using the hotel to sleep in but would recommend it. Although, obviously it is an older hotel (which is part of its charm) so they have to battle with old fittings etc
