Great view! The hotel is just located in the airport. From the window you can see the runway and enjoy the view of aircrafts’ taxi and landing.

Second time stay at this hotel. Although the selection of alcohol have reduced. But it still does not affect the experience stay here. Still a good choices of stay.

Nice to stay somewhere where everything was as it should be. Hot water, heating, tv, kettle , lights all working not always the case in some hotels. Staff pleasant and easy to get all I needed here.

Me gustó la amabilidad del personal, especialmente la de Rosario en la alberca. El hotel, muy limpio, sin plagas; las camas y cojines, muy bien. Bonitos jardines. El show del bar me gustó, buen pianista y tecladista, muy agradables y canta bien. El costo de los alimentos lo percibí alto, especialmente el del brunch $650. La habitación ( suite ) de buen tama?o. Había una peque?a fuga en la llave del lavabo. Sugiero que se implemente, calefacción en la primera alberca, porque el agua está muy fría. Y un poco de mayor limpieza en los escalones de entrada a la alberca climatizada Faltan juegos para los ni?os y actividades de entretenimiento e interacción con los clientes Gracias por todo

Staff was really helpful as we bought some ready meal from nearby supermarket, staff was willingly helping to reheat and provide cutlery. Location was good too, just really near the train station access to Paris centre.

Our room was great! Much better than expected! The view was beautiful. It was of the rivier looking at Roosevelt Island, and the bridge. The room was clean. Parking was so easy - the valet was very kind and helpful. The front desk checked us in early and they were very polite.

Price matches with quality. One bad side is if you are given ground floor, most likely you will be hearing the noise of people loading/unloading their luggage early morning.

Stayed at the property for over three weeks and had a very comfortable stay. It is well maintained and rooms are quite spacious. Staff is excellent - very professional, courteous and always pleasant. I’d call out some individuals for their assistance during my time there - Manish, Arjun and Komal from Front Office; Kriti, Lawang, Arjun, Shivam, Siddhant and Shravya from Cafe; and Makmodul, Gopal and Satyajit from Security. There are some improvement areas in housekeeping, albeit the staff is very good. Laundry service is subpar and over expensive; quality of towels is very bad (and often feels soiled); and replenishment of tea/coffee supplies is slow and reactive. Hope the management looks into this.
