My overall experience during my two week stay at the Ramada Hotel, Mbezi Beach, Dar Es Salaam was amazing!! From the moment you walk onto the premises, you are greeted by a welcoming & very professional,l organised security team. Once through the security checks Jacqueline, (front of house manager) & Freddy (relationship manager) or any of the other extremely competent & highly professional reception staff, are all on hand to look after your every need. The beach front, swimming pools, beautiful exquisite staircase leading to the bar overlooking the Indian Ocean, is breathtaking. Facilities like a gymnasium, garden with all of its exquisite landscaping, soft White sandy beach front, & sumptuous deep Blue Indian Ocean as the back drop, is truly a sight to behold. Rooms are spacious, well equipped with fridge, safe, ironing board, huge tv, iron for ensuring your clothes look great, everything you would expect from a five star hotel. However, this is not a five star hotel, it's a four star. Having stayed at some of the finest 5 star hotels the world over, the Ramada at Mbezi Beach, can run with any of the numerous hotels I've stayed at. In my humble opinion,it appears to be incorrectly rated, so book whilst prices remain extremely competitive for the experience. House keeping, led by Pendo, ensure your rooms are maintained to the highest standard, the catering staff led by Helma & her excellent catering team & Jeremiah the restaurant manager, with his excellent team of waiters and waitresses like Rehema, ensure that the drinks & food keep coming presented to clients exacting standards. I would score the hotel a solid 10/10 and recommend it highly!!

Beautiful place and room is very modern and nice. Check in takes more time than it should, 33 dollars a day for valet seems a bit high, and running down 24 flights of stairs for a smoke alarm seems like it would give me at least a free breakfast.

The service was good and I enjoyed my stay

The Hotel is well kept for its age, room was spacious, with a great view. Room was self contained, with fully equipped kitchen that can house families or individuals who wish to stay longer. Located in the brisbane CBD it is minutes from the central train station amazing it a ideal location when stopping over.

Отель очень понравился. Местоположение а плане моря просто супер! Чистейшая вода, мягкий песок и практически отсутствие отдыхающих. Из минусов отсутствие инфраструктуры вокруг - все в отеле, и очень расстроило, что не работал японский ресторан на втором этаже. Тем не менее я обязательно сюда вернусь! Рекомендую

every thing were ok

We loved our stay here, the house is really pretty and traditional, very nicely furnished and very clean. Our bedroom had French doors onto the terrace that wraps around the house and overlooked tropical gardens and a golf course with mountains to the side and behind. The service was amazing, we even found that our car had been washed before we left! Breakfast was beautiful, cooked to order and a beautiful setting. Hermanus itself was lovely and felt very quaint and safe with a stunning cliff walk. The house has secure gates but we walked from the house to the beach and path and enjoyed the walk. We would definitely return

Excellent location. We had a nice spacious apartment. Very comfy beds. The shower screen needs attention as it leaked all over the bathroom floor. The shower head would not stay up, which was awkward and annoying.

The room was lovely The staff were very friendly and helpful The food was outstanding and the live music was great Really enjoyed the Health Suite and the whole stay was very enjoyable Thanks
