On arrival we went and check in. We are notified that we’ve been upgraded to an apartment which in itself sounded good. They had failed to book the car park that I booked earlier in the day after being prompt by what if I’m entering the room? There were no snacks skew Ott. There was only normal tea no herbal teas. I rang Reception and they offered that I could go down and get some biscuits and then thought better off it and said I can drop some off so that was good but only two packs of biscuits and we’re in there for two nights and they were two of us so I thought that was a bit mean next day. Our beds weren’t made. I expected the bed to be made but then when I looked on the rules for the apartment side then the rooms are serviced once a week to me. That’s not an upgrade. If your bed isn’t made every day traffic noise affected my partner so getting to sleep was a bit staying asleep with a bit of bit difficulty so maybe double glazing would help there.

Belle salle de restaurant serveur très agréable très doux et attentionné Par contre la viande de boeuf très coriace on a signalé et cerise sur le gateau le costaud viens nous explique que cela peut arrive ( tenue de tablier tout sale) et aucun geste d'excuses dommage car le cadre est très beau .a précisé que le serveur est vraiment au top

Muito bom custo/benefício. Restaurante agradável. Pena a piscina só estar aberta a partir de Junho. Fica um pouco distante da cidade.

Très bel établissement , le restaurant était excellent, l endroit au calme . Tout pour un séjour réussi

The hotel was very clean, neat and well organized. The breakfast choices changed regularly and the small souflfle's were delicious. There was diligent staff cleaning and resupply breakfast items. The front desk staff was extremely nice and accommodating.

Towels are not clean and bed sheets are not clean

Was a great stay. Seating options everywhere when it came to the pool and bar. Room was nice over looking the pool and beach.

Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato gentile però purtroppo devo dire che il posto non è assolutamente curato come vedere in foto... Sicuramente quelle foto che hanno caricato risalgono ad alcuni anni fa perché adesso è molto trasandato sia esternamente che internamente.... Poi per arrivarci la strada è disastrata, e anche se piano piano si riesce ad arrivare però comunque a merlot park ci sono tantissimi altri Lodge.... Insomma non è che non lo consiglio però magari prima guarderei bene altre opzioni.
