第一次来三亚住的第一家酒店，非常相配我们的期待，服务热情周到，从下车起就开始感受到星级酒店的服务，行李从头到尾自己是不用动手的，入住是闪电飞快的，办理入住时就给我们详细介绍了酒店的游玩项目，餐厅分布，特色，主动帮我们开通c秀的入场券，还升级了房型，简直太惊喜啦！设施都很完备齐全，而且整个酒店明亮整洁宽敞，风景也美，水世界水族馆沙滩海浪满足一个北方孩子所有的想象，玩得很开心，住的很舒服。餐饮方面也很nice ，餐厅至少有上百种菜肴，各种各样的，味道用一个小朋友的话来说就是好吃的无法无天。管家服务也是一大亮点，管家yukiyu 有问必答，有求必应，一到店我人还在电梯里就打电话来问候我们，亲自带着欢迎礼给来拜访我们，有的时候还贴心送了小礼物??，满满的心意，必须好评！美中不足就是最后一晚变天了，外面风很大，房间里也呼呼作响，不过最后一天了也不影响旅程，给管家说以后也积极处理补偿。

Basic hotel room. Totally fine for our needs. Good bathroom. Staff were very helpful. Free valet parking for my rental van was a nice surprise.

We had a wonderful stay at Hill Hue Resort in Thekkady. The property is beautifully maintained, surrounded by greenery, and offers a calm, peaceful atmosphere away from the town rush. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-designed with comfortable bedding and neat bathrooms. The staff deserves special appreciation — polite, responsive, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service throughout our stay felt professional and warm. The swimming pool area was clean and relaxing, perfect after a long day of sightseeing. The food was tasty and reasonably priced, especially the breakfast spread which had a good variety. Overall, Hill Hue Resort is a great choice for families and couples looking for a comfortable stay in Thekkady. Good ambiance, good service, and good value for money. Highly recommended.
