Das Zimmer war nicht modernisiert, wie andere Zimmer, dafür war der Preis absolut nicht angemessen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war durch die kleine R?umlichkeit kaum erreichbar und nicht ausrichtet für ein überfülltes Hotel. Das Personal war total überfordert . Es wurde nur ein Menü für das gebuchte Abendessen (nicht gut und nichts für Vegtarier) angeboten. 2 gebuchte Lunchpakete mussten mehrfach eingefordert werden. Das Preis-Leistungsverh?ltnis war für diese 2 übernachtungen mit Arrangement nicht gegeben und entt?uschend.

Staff treated us Royally. Met Giovanni at check in, gave me a list places great fining options (we chose Duke’s on the River). He, Ray and third helper worked us through key issues (key card kept by phone demagnetized it). Ray plucked my daughter’s earring from the bottom of the pool. Really nice welcoming attitude overall.

Our room was very clean. We were in a handicap room which was totally fine. The only problem we had was that the shower did not drain properly and the bathroom flooded when we showered.
