Rooms are comfortable and beds terrific. Young staff could use some hospitality training on how to be more friendly and gracious with guests, or at least a smile. Could have made an effort to be more accommodating- ie arrived just as dinner service ended. Could have offered snacks, nuts, something…
Asked about GF breakfast options. Didn’t seem to know so I had to ask item by item… toast? Breakfast meats? Beans?

中国老板开的，非常热情。中亚不同于东南亚，各种软件都不太好用，他们非常耐心的帮我处理好各种问题。不是他们帮忙的话我可能真得原路返回了。非常感谢他们。性价比超高。但愿以后有机会再聚。祝他们越来越好。
