酒店位置不错，在左岸安全地区，戴高乐机场有直达的地铁线。房间不大，但是五脏俱全，第一晚还包含饮料和小吃，衞生间很宽敞明亮。早餐也还不错。唯一不足是隔音稍有欠缺。值得再次入住。

Front desk girls are so efficient as is concierge and door staff….. and housekeeping ! Nice and quiet , big comfy bed and pillows , beautiful pool area . Nice neighborhood and taxi’s are very affordable so the city is easy to access !

This place lacks basic professionalism. No responsibility. Although this is a personal problem with concerned lady hoe I don't want to mention the name,i dont want to blame to management nor anyone this was my madness with her. Please be careful before dealing. Very unprofessional behavior. I trusted and shared my personal problems expecting understanding and support. Instead I felt ignored and misunderstood. It was emotionally disappointing. Management needs to take responsibility. Poor co-ordination false commitment, and no proper response to issue. Immediate improvement is required. Management has failed to uphold basic standards of professionalism. False assurance, poor leadership, and complete disregard for serious internal mismanagement. There is a serous ongoing problem that has failed to resolve if this riots continues then I ll come with 100s things. Despite repeated this reflect poor accountability and weak problem handling. Please provide me directly to Concerned head. I had mailed on this regards to hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Lost Iguana - the staff were friendly and helpful and it was fun being in a room

Lovely staff, clean room although needs a little updating, dining room a bit cool and rooms hot, located in counrtyyside.

Clean rooms no bed bugs. Nice staff. Only downside was the morning breakfast. Not worth $15. Small amount of choices. Don’t drink the apple juice unless you want food poisoning.

Extremely overpriced facilities. Most definitely the worst breakfast selection I’ve ever witnessed, it makes the premier inn feel like Michelin star quality. Do not book a visit to the hotel if you are wanting to use the spa facilities, it’s more comparable to a luke warm bath than a spa.? Overpriced, with receptionists having no care for the concerns raised.

Hotel /resort is great rooms and e spacious and staff are friendly, had a meal in restaurant steak house was delicious, breakfast was ok basic sausage egg bacon beans potato scone toast and cereals and yoghurt and fruit if u want stay a bit more healthier , would say some of breakfast items were very over cooked tho
