Room was lovely and clean, staff were very welcoming and helpful, breakfast was very good, choice of continental or full english.

Amazing place right near the venue I needed to be at! 5 min walk to the beach and 5min walk to the ***** with all the restaurants and stores. Will def be staying again!

Trist hotell. N?stan endast pension?rer h?r. Frukosten ?r trist. Finns mycket att v?lja p? men det ?r l?g kvalitet och tr?kiga uppl?gg. Kaffet ?r riktigt d?ligt, juicen ?r fr?n maskin och smakar illa. Billiga p?l?gg och billig yoghurt. L?get ?r d?ligt, tar 15-20 minuter att g? till de centrala delarna och resturang kvarteren. Notera ocks? att det ?r mycket (!) branta backar. Rummen ?r ok men kala och opersonliga, s?ngarna ?r h?rda. Liten tv med d?lig mottagning. Wifi fungerar knappt n?gonstans och n?r det fungerar ?r det mycket l?ngsamt. Litet kylsk?p utan hyllor, ingen mini bar, ingen vattenkokare. Parkeringsgaraget ?r f?r litet , alltid fullt. Man kan dock parkera gratis p? gatan. Lite anm?rkningsv?rt ?r att personalen inte h?lsar. G?ller b?de reception, matsal och st?dpersonal. Slutsats - Ett hotell som l?tsas vara mycket finare ?n vad det faktiskt ?r.

The hotel room was as expected, comfy bed clean room etc. We like premier inn; But, the restaurant was not the best. First night there was a lack of food but what was served was good. Second night we expected a better selection, but it was worse!!! No choice of food, not even a pizza. No management had intervened to get food to the place. The staff were brilliant. They were customer facing and handled the situation so well and need praise. No worries they had plenty for breakfast. Next day at breakfast - no black pudding and ran out of mushrooms. Someone in charge needs questioning about this. and would like to iterate that the staff were brilliant under really difficult circumstances.

Room was good, staff very pleasant, close to the harbor, so we were able to walk down to see the little penguins coming in for the night. Only one came, but it was a treat to see it!

Merveilleux séjour au sein de ce charmant écrin refait à neuf avec go?t et raffinement, idéalement situé dans le quartier des galeries d'art. La décoration reprend les codes du XVII mais laisse aussi place avec élégance à la modernité. Les espaces communs sont cosy, accueillants comme à la maison. L'accueil semblable à l'établissement, y est chaleureux, souriant, disponible bref l'équipe est aux petits soins. La chambre était parfaite, dotée de beaucoup d'agréments qui mettent à l'aise, literie ultra confort, espaces de rangement en nombre suffisants. Je recommande bien volontiers cet h?tel.
