We have regularly travelled to the Canary’s at this time of year, and we can say it was the busiest hotel we have stayed in. On saying that the hotel is relaxing and it is easy to find quiet spots. The food was excellent, although it was disappointing that we could not get a table in either of the ‘specialised’ restaurants during our stay. The room was large and the standard of housekeeping excellent. All staff encountered were helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The evening entertainment was also the best we’ve experienced in this type of hotel. I didn’t understand the different billing systems between the restaurants and bars. The ‘paper signing’ for drinks in the restaurant seems out of date these days and does cause lack of transparency when it comes to sorting your bill out at departure. Would recommend.

Vandaag weer volle pond betaald terwijl ze in de verbouwing zitten . Turkstoombad binnen was een erg chemische geur aanwezig, daar ook melding van gedaan. Maar werd wel toegeven maar niks mee gedaan. Buiten turkstoombad was in onderhoud. Douches buitenwerk geen digitale kastjes beschikbaar en omkleden als volwassenen in kinderhokjes. De week ervoor hetzelfde meegemaakt je word er ook niet van op de hoogte gebracht voor je een kaartje koopt.wel wordt er even gezegd dat de ingang nu anders is. Als ze dat gewoon aangeven op de site dan was ik niet gegaan Ik denk geef ze nog een kans want vorige week had ik het ook al meegemaakt Ik denk dan is het wel klaar Er staat niets van op hun site ik vind dit echt waardeloos.

We arranged to stay as visiting friends locally but were unable to get through to the hotel to advise them we would be late arriving!! Tried all the numbers available on the web, multiple times. Apparently can phone central bookings and ask for the local number prior to staying. I stayed on the second floor and had a disturbed sleep from what sounded like a loud dripping tap (not in my bathroom) I taped it and told reception the next day. Had I known there was a 'sleep guarantee' I would have gone to reception in the middle of the night to tell them. Nice comfy bed though and able to get extra tea and coffee from reception.

The Hotel has everything and the staff super nice. The food was really good as well
