We payed £200 a night for B+B and the room we were given room 5 wasn't up to standard. It felt damp had paint flaking off a shower with no adjustment, if you were 6 food you have to bend down to get under and the bathroom door would not close. If you open one wardrobe door they all came open, The food was ok on our first night and very nice on our second but over all the hotel needs a big refurbishment and certainly not worth the price we paid.

Alt var super godt som det plejer, men der var et stort MEN.. aldrig har vi oplevet s? nedladende spa-personale. Tidligt gjorde vi hende opm?rksom p? at boblebadet var alt for koldt. Hun sagde, at ingen havde klaget, men hun kunne da tage temperaturen p? vandet. Efter flere timer ( hvor hun n?sten kun sad og kiggede p? computer) kom hun nonchalant tilbage og sagde at vi havde ret, men der blev ikke gjort noget ved det hele weekenden! Boblebadet var alt alt for koldt!!!!
Generelt var luft temperaturen i hele spaen til den lave side.
Den hyggelige pejs var heller ikke t?ndt hele weekenden.
Hun blev ogs? meget irriteret p? os, da vi ikke ?nskede at v?re del af det saunagus som hun tilb?d. Hun virkede generelt tr?t af sit job.
Dampbadet er blevet renoveret og fremst?r meget flot og funktionelt - der var ogs? nye sp?ndende retter i morgenbuffet. Personalet ved morgenbuffet samt reception var meget im?dekommende og flinke.

The location of this hotel is amazing, it has excellent views from the rooms and common areas. It’s very well presented and modern, definitely what is expected of a 5 star hotel, from that perspective. The only things I didn’t like was the fact that the common areas were very cold to sit in, and the food was a little hit and miss. On the first day we didn’t find it very enjoyable, but the second day we did find it had improved a little. Special mentions to Rohit and Vinod in the restaurant area, and the reception staff. Would recommend 7/10.

地理位置挺好的(除了酒店门口一侧在修路有点不方便),房间挺大的,也很安静。周边有王权免税店,不过周边针对游客的消费都挺高的(对于人民币的购买力)。

Fab stay. From the moment I arrived, Alan gave a warm welcome and looked after me for the duration of my stay. No idea how he remembers everyone’s name, but he does and he chats with everyone as if they’re friends, whilst ensuring we’re all being well looked after. Fresh, clean room plus attentive, efficient and friendly service made it a great experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending. Thank you to Alan and team. I will definitely return.

Well this place has the wow factor, absolutely wonderful. We stayed for three nights in number 1 Villa and we loved everything about it. The room is big and has every facility, nice wood floors and furniture and a big firm bed. It also benefitted from a wrap around balcony overlooking the gardens and ponds. The gardens are stunning with an abundance of birds and wildlife and the swimming pool is an oasis after a morning spent Temple hopping. The staff go the extra mile to ensure you have a perfect stay, organising tuk tuks and transport, recommending restaurants and Temples etc. We also enjoyed a massage at the hotel, you have to try it, the lady's are very good. The breakfast was adequate ans so was the offerings for lunch and evening meals. I have no hesitation in recommending this property, its as close to perfect as you will get and the female staff, the manageress and Milk etc are the sweetest people. Thank you.

Good quality is terrible. Diamond lounge and diamond members breakfast is so bad… low quality , servers seems like they don’t want to be there. Burgers don’t follow through with requests, run out of towels before 9am, not enough chairs. We won’t rerun
