Todo el equipo es increíble: empleados simpáticos, siempre con alegría y atendiéndote con muy buen humor, algo que hoy en día se valora muchísimo. Desde el primer momento, la atención fue de 10. En especial, Valeria en recepción, impecable desde la llegada. También destacar al personal del restaurante y al equipo de reservas: todo fue perfecto desde el inicio de la gestión. Es realmente difícil encontrar un equipo tan profesional, cercano y humano. Una experiencia excelente de principio a fin. ?Totalmente recomendable! ???

The room was very clean, and the staff was AMAZING. The only issue is their price; I had to make another trip up, and I wanted to book with them again, but it would have been almost $500 for two nights.

The room above made noise so I did not sleep well.

For the most part, Disney's Deluxe resorts struggle to provide value for money, but the Riviera Resort has fixed many of the issues that I have found at other Deluxe properties, and if you can manage to book a stay here, I would highly recommend it over most of the other Disney properties in this class. First, the amenities at the resort are easy to access and are well curated. The quiet pool is actually quiet, and the kids pool is large enough that adults without children can still find a nice place to relax. The restaurants are varied in type, and again, easy to access without going on a backpacking adventure (Wilderness Lodge) or weaving through a crowd (Boardwalk). Bar Riva is exception, the quick service offers a great deal of variety, and Topolino's Terrace has the best food quality for character dining on property. The rooms have been developed with actual sound proofing, and the bathrooms are up to date and convenient (none of that putting the towels ten feet from the shower as at the Gran Destino. Parking is convenient, the Skyliner is convenient, and the vibe is relaxed. This resort, along with Port Orleans French Quarter, really brings value for the money.

Our 3rd time here but not because we like it.We only stayed as convenient to see family near by. However next time we may book Aveiro instead. Rooms are good size but no frills and basic. Always overlooking a car park. They have better why always give crap view rooms. If you have good views used them. Breakfast. When I asked for more eggs as they look very dry the staff said they been there for a while as breakfast started early. This was around 08:45. He went away and they come back saying the eggs would be for me we sort of surprise if I still wanted which I said yes. It's part of breakfast deal and breakfast it's until 10am. We got them mixed with old dry ones which wasn't great. Overall poor experience and won't be rushing back.

Nuestra experiencia no fue muy buena la verdad. El hotel colapsó su operación dando muy mal servicio en todo el servicio de alimentos y bebidas. En especial en el desayuno. A pesar de hospedarnos en el hotel alternaban 1-1 entre huésped y externo. Nos encontramos con comida mal hecha, desabrida y con escasez y lenta capacidad de refill. Por otro lado la habitación en varias partes se evidenciaba óxido y poco mantenimiento. Por último las almohadas inexplicables…. No habíamos visto una almohada tan dura en nuestra historia de viajes. Lastimosamente la experiencia fue bastante decepcionante por el valor por noche aprox 330 usd. No volveremos

We enjoyed our huge loft room with comfortable beds and the staff were very friendly.

房间隔音超级差，旁边是交通要道，一夜里基本都是马路的噪音，尤其是大排量的摩托车，一夜都没停过，睡眠质量不是特别好的，就别选这个了吧
