Place stinks of chemicals, limited facilities, poor breakfast, poor water pressure and no hand towels but most of all very unprofessional and somber staff. Checked out early as is a depressing place.

The room was very complete and efficient. It was very easy to make my breakfast each morning before catching the bus to the Gondola lift a short ride away.

Gorgeous room, amazing breakfast, beautiful location and the staff did an incredible job making us feel welcome. They knew us after being there for only a few hours. We have some dietary restrictions and they kindly accommodated us. I can’t say enough good things about the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Sono stata ospite in questo hotel molto carino in centro con il mio compagno. La spa era composta da una vasca idromassaggio riscaldata sulla terrazza, saune turca e sauna vapore, si può rimanere 2 ore. Le stanze sono ben pulite e calde, letto e cuscini comodi. Si può anche usufruire del parcheggio davanti alla struttura. Tutto splendido e rigenerante. Staff simpatico e gentile, un ringraziamento speciale alla ragazza di ricevimento che ci ha gentilmente aiutato a trovare la strada. Torneremo al più presto
