The room was acceptable. The window was blocked by fake plants to obscure the ventilation system.

Siamo andati a pranzo con amici siamo arrivati alle 13.30 e ci hanno servito l'antipasto in breve tempo. Poi però per i primi abbiamo atteso circa 2 ore per un problema in cucina. Avendo al seguito 6 bambini dai 5 ai 7 anni stare a sedere tutte queste ore non è stato il massimo. Ma il bello è quando è arrivata la proprietaria che ci accusato di non saper imporre la disciplina ai bambini con modo di fare molto maleducato. Se sei un ristoratore non ti puoi permettere di giudicare i clienti in quel modo. Ci ha fatto anche storie per dividere il conto. Prezzi poi esagerati per la qualità proposta: la carne del brasato era dura non buona anche se il sughetto non era male.. ma non certo buoni piatti per il prezzo proposto. Pasta in bianco per bambini 12€ . Mai più.

The room was clean but the beds were totally uncomfortable,the mattress was fluffy and I have got a back pain the next morning. Staff at the front desk were so nice and helpful.overall it is a good hotel .

The trip has been outstanding and it’s honestly thanks to the incredible staff. Both Michele and Thoi who run the front desk have gone above and beyond everyday to help accommodate our needs booking taxis and even helping us book our trains for a later destination! The food is honestly incredible, great variety and spice levels tailored to what you prefer, and the friendly welcoming service from Mihir Panda has been above and beyond everyday, especially when my partner fell ill. Lastly the massage on site from Rai I would highly recommend. I had the Balinese style massage and it was so relaxing and she was incredibly accommodating with personalising the massage, even coming in on her day off. Thank you Team Miros for the best trip!

è il secondo anno che torniamo da Iris e Manuel e non possiamo che confermare l'eccellente ospitalità di Mason La Zondra. Gli appartamenti sono bellissimi, molto comodi e arredati con gusto. Tutto è curato alla perfezione: arredi, accessori, pulizia e servizi. Cucina equipaggiata con tutto il necessario per cucinare (un tocco molto apprezzato: i calici per il vino). La struttura offre molti servizi che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno piacevole: parcheggio, lavanderia, raccolta rifiuti, zone di relax e, super apprezzato, deposito sci con armadietti riscaldati. Tutto organizzato alla perfezione. Bravi

The room was very cold and damp. There was no hot water, the room was so damp my mobile phone gave me a message stating liquid detected. A heater was provided with caused condensation so water rolled down the walls. My friend I was sharing the room with checked in before means as well as being colder bedding was actually still wet. The place was also dirty. With a view out of the window of rubbish and cigarette stumps!

We had a great stay at Abo Hisham Nile Flat. The flat is very large, comfortable, and quiet, yet conveniently close to a busy street with plenty of restaurants and shopping. It’s within walking distance to Karnak Temple, which was a huge plus. We got in late and the host accommodated our check-in, which we really appreciated. They also helped us arrange a private driver to the Valley of the Kings and Dandara Temple, making our sightseeing easy and stress-free. Highly recommended.

Hotel quite old. Some furniture broke. Breakfast is okay.
