Best price in town, clean room to sleep in, comfortable beds, nice facilities, very close to everything. Hot spa nice after a swim. Friendly staff and love the kaupapa for overseas workers; Free accommodation for 1.5 hrs of onsite work per day. Will definitely come back to stay.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean. It’s a small room but only because it’s a historic beautiful building. It had everything we needed. We ate in the restaurant. The food was superb. Good price too. Highly recommended. ??

Good happy staff, lovely clean room and comfortable bed. Good parking. It was a pitstop from London to Penzance to break the journey and has the benefit of food on site when you just don’t want to drive any more and makes a decent rum punch. Took my time in the morning and went for a walk before jumping in the car again. Can recommend the Countess Wear Heritage Trail a mile loop with some interesting well written information boards starting just 10 minutes stroll from the Premier Inn, staff very helpful giving directions to the start.

A nice place to stay by the sea. Floatel is a place for those who likes to wake up having a natural beauty in front of them.

Mi dispiace purtroppo dover lasciare una brutta recensione per questo hotel, per il 4 stelle purtroppo sono rimasta molto delusa abbiamo soggiornato due notti a novembre io e il mio moroso , ci sembrava il posto adatto per staccare la spina e rilassarci un paio di giorni purtroppo sbagliandoci , partiamo dalla reception i ragazzi abbastanza gentili ma sbrigativi sulle spiegazioni e non mi è piaciuto molto il modo di fare per offrire il parcheggio , che loro hanno distante almeno 300m dall albergo a pagamento però non informandoci che ci fosse anche uno gratuito enorme se magari trovassimo posto proprio sotto il loro, che ho riconosciuto perché eravamo già stati in quella zona All arrivo in camera purtroppo la pulizia lasciava a desiderare capelli un po’ ovunque soprattuto in bagno ,zona un po’ rumorosa ovviamente non dipende da loro ma per riposare non è il massimo , camera non insonorizzata non abbiamo dormito due giorni sentivano tutti i rumori delle camere a fianco che il genio si faceva la doccia alle 6 la mattina e ci svegliava sempre riposo pessimo , e oltretutto materasso e cuscini pessimi duri ho avuto mal di schiena due giorni venuta via di lì purtroppo altro che relax,… Al mio arrivo chiesi per favore se potevano darmi una taglia un po’ più grande di accappatoio per la Spa, mi fu risposto che non c era, ( io avevo una L )per poi chiedere alla signora delle pulizie per favore che me lo cambio… (in XL) e mi disse di stare zitta che mi faceva un favore perché non erano tenute a cambiare gli accappatoi , quindi fatemi capire io avrei dovuto tenere un accappatoio fradicio 2 giorni perché non me lo volete cambiare cambiare? Oltretutto maleodoranti di fritto cosa assurda…Posto non all altezza ti forniscono solo un accappatoio per accedere alla SPA, ma almeno una borsina personalizzata ciabattine qualche attenzione in più che manca del tutto in quel posto peccato Da rivedere molti aspetti , sala welness e SPA poco curata, piscina coperta non abbastanza riscaldata, abbiamo avuto freddo.. zone fredde non riscaldate abbastanza , e vabbè la spa in generale da rivedere , sauna molto scomoda dove posizionata e in quanto igiene nel bagno turco mmm e igiene un po’ generale da rivedere non saprei non siamo rimasti soddisfatti .. Purtroppo nemmeno nel cibo, cibo normale, abbiamo trovato del buon vino almeno quello che ci ha rallegrati un po’ , colazione scadente e poca scelta organizzata malissimo da rivedere. Arrivati al momento di pagare un po’ di confusione dalla parte della receptionist .. però quello ci può stare. Non abbiamo speso tantissimo , rapporto qualità prezzo ci può stare in mezza pensione , però alzerei leggermente il prezzo e dedicherei molte più attenzioni a tutto Purtroppo mi sento di sconsigliare vivamente questo hotel L’unica nota positiva la posizione centrale , ma ho visto intorno ci sono parecchi hotel quindi scegliete bene mi raccomando

We have regularly travelled to the Canary’s at this time of year, and we can say it was the busiest hotel we have stayed in. On saying that the hotel is relaxing and it is easy to find quiet spots. The food was excellent, although it was disappointing that we could not get a table in either of the ‘specialised’ restaurants during our stay. The room was large and the standard of housekeeping excellent. All staff encountered were helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The evening entertainment was also the best we’ve experienced in this type of hotel. I didn’t understand the different billing systems between the restaurants and bars. The ‘paper signing’ for drinks in the restaurant seems out of date these days and does cause lack of transparency when it comes to sorting your bill out at departure. Would recommend.

Got to be one of the friendliest hotels I have been to in a while! Warm welcome by Paula and Sophie, evening meal was great by Arpita, great nights sleep, room was clean and tidy, breakfast was table service so food was fresh and cooked well.

The room had no closets or hooks upon which to hang clothes or facial tissue. There was one towel rack and one small loop for a wash cloth or hand towel -- no place for wet swimsuits. One day the room attendant did nothing but fold the towels on the floor, which were supposed to be removed and replaced. Finally I left notes for her everyday telling her to wash the coffee cups and glasses, replace the towels on the floor, sweep the floor, replace the used coffee and creamer capsules, and clean the mold from the floor in the shower. Some tasks were completed; some were not. She never removed the spent capsules from the coffee maker or cleaned the mold from the shower. Our stay, was, perhaps, the most unsatisfactory of any I have ever had. The photos on the ********** site are entirely misleading.

还是蛮方便的，有厨房，可以准备简单的餐食。就在马路边，方便停车。晚上以为会很吵，但还好，一觉睡到天亮。
