Clean and staff friendly and bar restaurant was good

I recently stayed here and found the experience to be fairly standard overall. The staff were courteous and the check-in process was smooth, and the location made it easy to get where I needed to go. The room had the essentials for a short stay and was generally comfortable.

Every now and again, you come across in life, some exceptional people who restore your faith in human nature. I cannot praise too highly the care and attention that Corina has afforded me during my stays here and for that reason alone, I am delighted to stay here over and over again. Admirably supported by Rasel. I have invariably found the staff here approachable, efficient and attentive to detail. The rooms are clean comfortable and light. The recent refurbishment has also transformed the dining and drinking area into a comfortable and relaxing environment with great internet access, such that I was able to carry out a working lunch over a Zoom call. In addition, the bar now stays open to 1am, ideal for a nightcap before retiring to my room. The location is perfect for me as it is within easy walking distance of Prince Regent DLR station. I do hope that the management will find itself in a position to congratulate its staff on a job well done.

Celebrating my 75th birthday without ice x4 days... Reported ice maker not working and there was no refrigerator door pull -no repair. Poor front desk telephone connection leading to a lack of communication. Hotel undergoing massive construction leaving us exposed to more construction workers, plastic on floor and walls. We saw very few vacationers. Felt as if we were vacationing in a constant work zone. Will confess minus the incidents listed, the room was acceptable.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux au Casa Lalla Riad. Voyager en famille peut parfois être stressant, mais ici, tout était parfait. L'équipe a été d'une gentillesse incroyable et a vraiment pris soin de nos deux enfants avec une attention toute particulière. Le riad est magnifique, calme et décoré avec beaucoup de go?t. C'est un vrai bonheur de retrouver la sérénité du patio après une journée dans les souks. Mention spéciale pour la cuisine, qui est excellente. On se sent comme à la maison, le luxe en plus. Merci à toute l'équipe pour ces souvenirs inoubliables !

Die Bar des Aiola Living sollten sie meiden, wenn sie Lust auf einen Nachmittags Kaffee haben. Wir waren heute Nachmittag dort, fanden im langgezogenen, schummrigen Ambiente einen Platz. Allerdings sitzt man wegen der ?u?erst eng gestellten Tische de facto mit den Nachbarg?sten auf Tuchfühlung. Die zwei servierten Capucchinos entpuppten sich als dünner Milchkaffe ohne Schaum. Zum Preis von je € 4,50 ist das echter Nepp und ich kann nur alle warnen, sich in diesen Schuppen zum Kaffeetrinken zu verirren. Es gibt in der n?heren Umgebung etliche wunderbare Cafes, wie zum Beispile das Herzog in der Herrengasse oder das wunderbare Cafe Weitzer - beide hell und freundlich. PS: Um dem Personal nicht unrecht zu tun: Der Service war sehr freundlich, ist aber gegen den inferioren Barista machtlos.

Spent 3 nights on a business trip with my 2 colleagues. Really great hotel, wonderful staff that delivered consistent service excellence no matter who it was from reception to bar to waiters to room service. Highly recommend - money well spent

Hotel excelente, com localiza??o privilegiada em frente ao lago e todas as comodidades. Quarto espa?oso, confortável e extremamente limpo. Tem estacionamento e é bem próximo ao centro histórico. A equipe muito educada e atenciosa. O café da manh? também é ótimo, com variedade e servi?o excelente.
