Yes, the room was immaculate. The staff were very helpful and professional.

Good location in town centre. Staff very pleasant. Hotel very clean. Room comfy but there is no fridge in a standard room. Good parking . Got a good price on the room. Had very comfy stay overall.

Nice hotel with an excellent restaurant. Hotel staff, in particular Oliver, were friendly and helpful. The room was a little small and lacked a refrigerator, but it was clean and had a shower with great water pressure.

Clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. The new management are very kind and accommodating.

The hotel is in a good location. However we had a bad experience with the check in and check out staff. They wouldn't return our deposit (around usd $70). When we asked what the issue was they claimed the bed sheet had a dye stain on it. We did explain this was nothing to do with us (we didn't dye our hair ...) but they wouldn't listen. We had to leave for the airport and there was nothing we could do and the front desk attendant wouldn't return the deposit and simply stalled for time because the taxi was waiting to take us to the airport. Not the best stay or experience in Ho Chi Minh.
