what an amazing stay at freycinet resort! the room was cozy, great warm meals for breakfast and most importantly unbeatable views from the room.

A truly first-class luxury hotel. The property is absolutely beautiful, the restaurants are outstanding, and the overall experience reflects the high-end hospitality standards one would expect from a hotel of this level. Beyond the stunning facilities, what made this stay truly special was the human warmth of the staff. During a very difficult moment I experienced with my daughter while staying here, so many team members went above and beyond with genuine kindness, empathy, and care. A very special thank you to Tirsa, Christie, Jordan and Belkis for helping us out. Also special mentions to Nayeli, Farid, Alejandro, Dinia, Heizy, Lia, Dania, Jeray, Karla, Byron, and Moises for making us feel so cared for and welcomed throughout our stay. Because of them, what began as a difficult trip became a truly meaningful and memorable experience. This is definitely a place I will continue coming back to.

The check in was bad experience, the front desk said we were missing a reservation but then after it was cleared they stay was great

Arrived 30mins after checkin allowed and when entered room it had not been made up. Offered another room to which they gave the wrong key to the one indicated in the map. Crockery & utensils in cupboards dirty, constant dripping & flushing sound from bathroom all night. No hot tub/spa as indicated in photos, no games room as also indicated in photos. Following morning, 15mins before checkout time and prior to us leaving cleaners tried to come in. Wpuld not recommend this place.

Wir hatten im Hotel übernachtet, da wir in der Schwarzwaldstube essen wollten. Das Restaurant war eine Klasse für sich. Das Hotel im Gegensatz dazu war eine Entt?uschung - es hat eher den Charakter eines 4* All-Inclusive Familienhotels im Berggebiet. Auf das Frühstücksbuffet hatten wir verzichtet, da unterdurchschnittlich vom ganzen Ambiente her. Wir waren im neueren modernen Teil des Hotels, welcher erst vor wenigen Jahren fertig erstellt wurde. Im Zimmer fehlt Klimaanlage, ebenfalls unverst?ndlich, dass beim Neubau keine USB-Ladeanschlüsse verbaut wurden, was heute vielfach üblich ist. Glasw?nde ins Bad finde ich stets unpassend - da ist nicht nur die Privatsp?hre gest?rt, es wird auch immer das ganze Zimmer erhellt, wenn eine Person noch schl?ft und die andere bereits im Bad ist. Kleines TV-Ger?t im Vergleich zur Zimmergr?sse. Es g?be noch andere Punkte zu erw?hnen, aber der Mangel liegt klar im Detail. Das Hotelpersonal war durchgehend freundlich und zuvorkommend, was ein Plus ist.

Clean! Walking distance to everything in Old Port area. Shuttle service to and from airport was wonderful! Great Hotel.

Breakfast selection and quality is amazing. The drinks are delicious and the staff was super attentive and friendly.
