clean room, a/c worked as expected, car prk was secure and enough spaces for number of guests staying there.

Was curious as reviews weren’t to good but it’s a nice stay, people are right about the smell around the place but in the room it’s perfectly fine, lovely Italian restaurant near by would highly recommend and was a simple stay. Worth the price

Immersa nella splendida cornice di Treviso, questa villa incanta con le sue camere spaziose e ben curate, un perfetto equilibrio tra charme e comfort. Gli ambienti, sebbene datati, trasmettono calore e accoglienza, rendendo ogni soggiorno un'esperienza piacevole. Il bagno, ampio e dotato di vasca idromassaggio, è un angolo di relax, anche se il water risulta un po' troppo vicino al muro, creando qualche disagio. La colazione internazionale offre un'abbondanza di opzioni, anche se si rivela più incline al salato che al dolce. La frutta disponibile è abbondante, ma la scelta risulta un po' limitata. Nonostante ciò, il soggiorno in questa villa rimane un'esperienza da ricordare.

You have to be 21 to swim in the pool and go to the gym. We would have stayed at another hotel if we knew that before hand.

The outside of the resort is nice. The rooms are a bit dated. I know they will be upgrading them soon but we walked over to The Riu next door which was less in price and the venue was very nice. Also the buffet at the next door venue is so much better. Riu Palace needs to upgrade their food. Also 3 different times we caught them using different alcohol and even water in their bottles. We saw another patron drink tequila and complained it was pure water. The bartender was so embarrassed and immediately fixed the situation. It’s honestly a nice property but needs upgrades.

房间很乾净，前台有柠檬水和小糕点，有点美中不足的就是有半层楼，不太方便搬行李，其他都还可以，总体不错的
