It’s impossible to identify anything standing out. Every part of the experience, every interaction, conversation, meal, room, facility was perfect. After several decades of travel and vacations, this was single most professional and comfortable resort experience we’ve had.

Clean, very functional and beautiful.

I booked this stay for my boys that had a flight from Delhi airport the following morning. They were very impressed with the hotel and its staff. They enjoyed the buffet dinner and breakfast.

We just returned from a wonderful week at Malliouhanna. The resort is gorgeous and they gave us exactly the room we requested. The staff are all very friendly with some even remembering our name. Shout out to Tyrese, Miguel, Rex, Stefan, Kevan and all the staff for making or stay so enjoyable. Now a few nit picks since I am a very critical traveler. There were a few things in our room that were showing a bit of wear and tear and the cushions at the pool were unacceptably dirty. There is also a lower terrace at the restaurant that is vacant aside from two umbrella poles and a sofa or two which efinitely detracts from the view. The beach is beautiful with soft sand with plenty of room for privacy on the clean and comfy loungers which the staff sets up so nicely including providing cold water. Special programs like Taco Tuesday, Omari Banx musical performance, rum and chocolate tasting and SuperBowl party made for a lovely week. We enjoyed many local restaurants and often had our lunch at Blanchard's beach shack whose food we preferred over Leon's.

Vom gro?zügigen Wohnbereich über die exzellente Einrichtung und den atemberaubenden Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer bis hin zum sehr gro?en Badezimmer, das keine Wünsche offen l?sst, kann ich nur sagen, dass ich diese Villa jederzeit wieder buchen würde. Allein schon der Weg über die Terrasse, vorbei an den Sonnenliegen und der H?ngematte, zum angrenzenden Strandabschnitt ist wie aus einem Film und genau so, wie man es sich vorstellt. Die gesamte Insel, einschlie?lich aller Geb?ude, Restaurants und Bars, ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und l?dt zum Verweilen ein. Die Atmosph?re und die Freundlichkeit des Personals versetzen uns sofort in Urlaubsstimmung. Ob wir Fragen hatten oder uns nur mit dem Personal unterhielten, alle waren herzlich und zuvorkommend. Alle Aktivit?ten, sowohl auf als auch au?erhalb der Insel, waren gut durchdacht und erschwinglich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Anf?ngerbereich für Menschen, die zum ersten Mal schnorcheln und sich vielleicht nicht sicher fühlen, direkt ins Meer zu gehen. Tolle Unterwasserlandschaft mit einer gro?en Vielfalt an Fischen. Wir verbrachten unseren letzten Tag/unsere letzte Nacht in einer neu gestalteten Wasservilla und waren begeistert. Alles ist sehr offen, luxuri?s und gut durchdacht, und die Lage direkt neben dem Schnorchelbereich für Anf?nger bietet einen hervorragenden Zugang zum Meer. Die Wasservillen laden zum Entspannen ein und bieten durch die raumhohen Fenster einen herrlichen Blick auf die Lagune. Die Frage ist hier, was wichtiger ist: Braucht man den Strand unter den Fü?en oder reicht eine Holzterrasse direkt am Wasser? Das muss jeder für sich selbst beantworten. Ob man sich für eine Strand- oder eine Wasservilla entscheiden, die Ausstattung ist in beiden F?llen sehr hochwertig und mehr als ausreichend.

Room was very clean and lovely. The hotel overall was beautiful, spotless, and the staff was courteous.

I’ll first say the staff were profession and helpful. I stayed 5 nights on the ground floor near the pool. The room was not cleaned well. The shower looked and felt dirty. The room just didn’t feel clean. Now, the shower ran out of hot water every night. Two minutes into my shower, it went cold. Turn it off and wait about 2 - 3 mins and hope it gets hot. Room service was too pricey as well as the restaurant, so I have no comment. There was coffee available in the lobby each morning. It would have been nice to have pastries out for the guests, because there is nothing in the area for coffee and a morning pastry. Also, for a $500 a night room, that’s the least they could do. Needless to say, I was very disappointed.

Our room was clean and roomy. The parking at the hotel is very convenient and the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return again in the near future.
