We had a very great time. Very peaceful place to stay at yercaud. Location gives the hill vibes. Rooms are very clean and food facility was favourable.

The high quality stay I expect from this chain. I have stayed here twice in the winter and the parking lot makes this a fantastic choice, as it is underground beneath the hotel—fantastic on a frigid winter day with blowing snow to unload and load in a 40 degree garage!

插电插座松，好像是澳洲酒店统一的问题了！所在街区很安静，出行很方便，旁边就是地铁站和机场线。新酒店维护的不错，房间里有厨房 冰箱 微波炉，不过一般用不上！

Beaucoup de commentaires négatifs et positifs. Difficile de se faire un avis… Objectivement : ce n’est pas le meilleur Mercure c’est une évidence : chambres vieillissantes, insonorisation au plus bas (on entend au mot près la conversation d’à c?té). Il a besoin d’un vrai rafra?chissement mais dans ce cas soyez attentifs aux détails : barre de douche cassée avec un pommeau qui ne tient pas et distributeur de savon vide à c?té du lavabo. Ce n’est pas acceptable et pourtant facile à corriger. Les parties communes du rez de chaussé sont agréables. Les accès très boueux mais peut être qu’il s’agit d’un accès de la commune et n’appartenant pas à l’h?tel. Pour résumer la prestation n’est pas à la hauteur du prix et du standing 4 étoiles : il y a beaucoup mieux mais il y a pire aussi.

梅利亚酒店每次都不会让我失望，除了设施稍微有些老旧。

房间位置很好，地铁出来步行五分钟，希思罗机场可以直达，走路到大英博物馆20分钟，到国王十字车站20分钟。 每个工作人员服务都很好，而且早餐超好吃！豆子蘑菇香肠都非常好吃，第二天一位女工作人员给我一份完美的溏心蛋，开启了整天的美好生活。 房间有点旧了，但很乾净，也很安静，一次性洗漱用品和拖鞋是不提供的。

We stayed at the Executive Suite. Spacious enough for our 5 family members and the package include the extra bed & 3 breakfast. The room was overall ok,but it surely has lots of room for improvement as the room are dated, some of the chairs has stains on it and the TV need to be upgraded,the sound system was very bad. Breakfast was just standard, not enough selection but it was still acceptable (Teh tarik is good). Overall,we had a good stay,but we hope that the hotel would be able to upgrade itself in the future to keep guests coming.

Room was very nice and clean. Pool area and bar was great and the hotel location is close to everything we wanted to see and do. Sitting on the deck watching the boats go by and dolphins at times was a treat. Parking was easy and having a coffee shop and donut place in the lobby was a treat. Thank you. George

Para um hotel amigo do ambiente falta: - garrafa de vidro com água filtrada - copo de vidro para usar ao lavar os dentes - chaleira para fazer chá/ café Este suposto “minimalismo” é para diminuir custos e comodidas! O quarto ganhava em algum tipo de decora??o! Mas os funcionários s?o simpáticos.
