A lovely, calm experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was a little dated but the bathroom felt brand new. Air con works superbly. Restaurant offering was good too.

Excellent h?tel Les chambres deluxe avec une grande terrasse, spacieuses et très propres. Produits Nuxe à disposition dans la salle de bain très bien agencée. Toilette séparée. Petit déjeuner très bien achalandé avec sucré, salé. Personnel très courtois et serviable. Spa très bien et les extérieurs sont parfaitement entretenus. Everything was satisfactory until the morning of checkout. My wife went for a run in the morning, and the bellboy ran after her to ask if she was going to check out, as if she intended to steal from the premises. This occurred at 9:30am, although check-out was not until 12 p.m. After we completed the checkout process, the bellboy refused to assist us with our luggage. He merely watched as I carried the luggage down the stairs and into the taxi, without offering any help or taking any action. I believe that hotels should exercise great caution in their hiring procedures. Although it was a holiday in Colombia, it is not the guest’s fault if an employee is having a bad day.

We had a fantastic experience at Grand Phan Thiet. It's an impeccable space with many perfect choices. The first floor houses a cafe and restaurant, there's even a Sky Bar on the 10th floor, and the food was especially delicious and suited our taste. I will definitely come back. Love Grand!
