Reviews don’t do justice to this hotel. It’s new, clean, has very comfortable beds, room with decent space, punctual ?shuttle service to airport with breakfast included. Best value for money hotel throughout our stay in france / switzerland. Best airport hotel i ever stay in this price range. Two thumbs up for its cleanliness. We couldn’t ask for more.

Love the spacious room, love the location very close with Solo Balapan. The staff very helpful and friendly.

As a solo disabled person (wheelchair user) I was very appreciative of the warm reception, helpful staff and ease of navigating my way through the hotel. The breakfast was delicious

I personally like this place a lot. It is spacious, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the weather is chilly. Just that it doesn’t have fridge in the room.

Our first impressions was good but the sight of two televisions in our room with the big screen had been damaged & was replaced with a smaller tv, no reason why but that's what we had to put up with. The room was comfy & clean which is a bonus after seeing the TV. The bed was comfy though which was a bonus. When we arrived back at our room for the second day, we were shocked that our room was made up which was disappointing, their reply from the manager said we didn't have the card that says make up our room on the door. I said that there wasn't a card to hang on the door but he discussed this with the staff & this was rectified for the next 3 days. Overall the motel was close to the Nowra & was a quiet area.

Staff were friendly. Food was good and everything was clean. Entertainment-wise was okay. More interactive would have been fun. And it's hard to feed the stray cats when you're not allowed on the grass.

It is a nice hotel located in a nice area. The services are very good
