Staff was very good.the bath towels felt old. But stay was good

Room was very clean as well as the entire property. Restaurants on site were all wonderful and convenient. Quick walk to the beach and nice to have access to Bonny Moon.

Had a great experience there with the friendly front desk. The doorman and bellman is also great. Overall I'll a 10/10 for a 4star hotel. 4 star hotel with a 5 star services.

My room was very clean, the service was outstanding, and the coffee was amazing. The location was very safe even late night. There were people walking their dogs. Looking forward to coming back

Friendly staff and so far so good with clean room and quiet ambiance

Hotel in ottima posizione, vicinissima agli impianti. Struttura molto bella, camere e appartamenti accoglienti, molto curati nei dettagli, pulizia e ordine. Ristorante ottimo, buona selezione di vini, colazione ricca a buffet e tutto il personale molto gentile e attento. Molto bella la piscina,con zona relax e Spa. Ski room comodissimo e riscaldato. Lo consiglio vivamente!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! Perfectly located in the heart of Coventry, it’s just steps away from shops, restaurants, and attractions like the Belgrade Theatre. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable with a super-comfy bed, blackout curtains, and a powerful shower that made mornings a delight. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Great value for money – I’ll definitely be back! Stephanie & Jack make you feel at home and can’t do enough to help. Probably in the top 5 premier inns in the Uk .
