I didn’t get the room I booked for and the room had bed bugs never again

Amazing view from room, lovely atmosphere and welcoming staff. Breakfast was really good (we had breakfast for 2 from the list). Spa was really nice except for the ban for throwing water to rocks in finnish sauna. Would recommend.

Leider war das Personal sehr unfreundlich. Es war nicht m?glich, dass eine gr??ere Gruppe gleichzeitig Getr?nke bekam. Auf Nachfrage wurde patzig geantwortet. Man hatte nicht das Gefühl, dass der Kunde K?nig ist.

The hotel is good and did the job which I intended the booking for which was a comfortable overnight stay at a good price especially as I booked on the day of check in. Clean hotel, room was spacious with a walk in shower in the bathroom which was good when used. Two comfortable twin beds when slept in. Nice hot buffet breakfast served which was enjoyed. Importantly the staff were very nice and good both at reception, at breakfast and the cleaning staff. The reception accommodated my request for a late check out which was appreciated. Plenty of parking available outside the hotel at a discounted rate for hotel guests. All in all I would book again if needed.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel is situated in a peaceful corner, with old trees growing in the courtyard and flowers everywhere. The atmosphere is infused with the scent of nature, and you immediately feel relaxed. The rooms are clean, the comfortable bedding is excellent, and the attractions and landmarks are close by and easily accessible. It’s incredibly convenient. The breakfast was ok but I would recommend going a bit earlier in the morning, as the selection was slightly smaller later on. There was some renovation work taking place on the hotel grounds during my stay, but it did not significantly affect my overall experience. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Wir wollten eigentlich immer schon einmal Brixen und seine Umgebung kennen lernen. Dabei schien uns das hervorragend renovierte, altehrwürdige Lasserhaus als die ideale Ausgangsbasis für unsere Erkundungen im Zentrum von Brixen und in Sürdtirol. Die Unterkunft und Frühstück waren sehr gut, das gesamte Team sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Unser Aufenthalt wurde noch durch die kostenlose Brixen- Südtirol GuestCard aufgewertet und so stand einem sch?nen Urlaub nichts mehr im Wege.

Internet was very slow. Staff, not great. Nobody works during the night. Freezing cold rooms and when trying to put the heaters on, they don't work. You have to sleep with scarves and jackets on. Breakfast is terrible. Bathroom door is made of glass and the bathroom has a window towards the living room, with the blinds on the living room side of the glass. Personnel always makes sure that you know when they are closing or leaving. Pillows are terrible also, and bedding had a humid feel.

Fantastic stay at South Pacific Resort! Large apartments with full appliances. Highly recommend!
