Locale molto bello e confortevole. Se riuscite a cenare nella splendida stube potrete godere delle bellissime foto che raccontano la storia della famiglia (con un campione olimpico di sci). Personale accogliente simpatico e sempre gentile. Cibo squisito. Prezzi nella media di Selva. Siamo felici di tornarci ogni anno.

This hotel needs to update furniture, no microwave, no refrigerator and the carpet on stair needs replacing. I had asked for balcony - none available.

At the Paradise Sun Restaurant, the ambience was pleasant enough, with a relaxed vibe that invites a casual meal. However, the food fell below average and didn’t meet expectations for the price point. Dishes arrived with uneven seasoning and lacked the depth I hoped for. On the bright side, the service was acceptable: attentive enough to refill drinks and check in without hovering. If you’re craving a low-stress meal, Paradise Sun may fit the bill, but you might leave hoping for more robust flavors and better consistency next time. Overall, passable but forgettable.

Amazing place and staff

The room was fine but the place seemed over-staffed. This hotel has a bit of an identity crisi as it doesn't seem to know if it is a pub with rooms or a hotel with a bar. In addition they do not accept cash, which is very strange becsuse I wanted to pay cash for everything.

I had a great stay at Kristal Hotel Jakarta for a business trip. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, with comfortable rooms that are suitable for working and resting. The location is strategic and convenient for business activities. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. Amenities are complete and well managed, making the overall experience smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended for business travelers.

We found this hotel wax in a perfect location for sightseeing around Porto. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and quiet. Having breakfast available gave is a great start to our day! Definitely will recommend to family or friends visiting your beautiful city.

The kitchen team continue to deliver thoughtful local, seasonal menu's that are out of this world in terms of flavour combination an quality.
