严重差评！堂堂五星级酒店，管理和服务意识差到令人难以置信，体验糟糕至极！
我们晚上9点抵达，酒店内外随处可见婚庆布置与婚宴公示牌，一眼就能看出次日有婚礼活动。办理入住时，前台没有任何人主动提醒我们，也没有根据情况将我们安排到远离活动区域的房间。结合本地婚俗，清晨迎亲必定会敲锣打鼓产生巨大噪音，作为运营方酒店对此理应心知肚明。
果不其然，清晨6点楼下锣鼓声震天响，整栋楼都被噪音笼罩，所有人都被硬生生吵醒，正常休息彻底被打乱。事后我们向酒店反映问题，工作人员竟然辩称对此事毫不知情，这套説辞荒谬至极。现场标识、装饰一目了然，再加上当地流传已久的婚俗，酒店绝不可能一无所知。
早餐説到9点 8点四十几去都没东西了，态度也很差
身为五星级酒店，本该具备完善的服务流程、风险预判能力和责任担当。可这家店既不提前告知住客、不合理分配客房，出现扰民问题后还刻意推诿、睁眼説瞎话，连保障客人基本休息权益这种基础工作都做不到，专业素养完全不匹配五星定位，实在让人失望又心寒。真心建议各位出行旅客慎重选择，避坑！
酒店回复：[王家大院@绵山景区@红崖峡谷@张壁古堡]（高速路口5分钟，动车站8分钟）尊敬的宾客，十分抱歉婚宴噪音、早餐问题以及沟通不当，让您入住体验不佳。 当日我们已特意为您安排了距离婚宴区域较远的客房，但本地迎亲锣鼓声响传播范围广，确实难以完全隔绝噪音，这点我们深感无奈也十分抱歉。针对未提前主动提醒、早餐收尾补给不及时、员工应答不妥等问题，我们已全面覆盘整改。后续再有大型活动，前台会第一时间提前告知每一位住客，同时优化早餐运营与员工服务规范。 感谢您的监督，我们会持续完善服务细节，努力提升入住体验，期待未来能再次为您服务。

We loved staying here. It was only for one night, but it was so amazing. Between the villa, the view, the staff, and the area, it was great. I would definitely stay there again!

Extraordinary todo fue genia desde el momento de la llegada Sara fue muy amable y nos ayudó con todo, las chicas del desayuno muy amables y con una energía increíble. El hotel está muy bien decorado, el precio por el lugar está genial me pareció que debía estar más caro ya que todo es 5 estrellas hotel de los mejores que nos hemos quedado en Italia.

They include free fountain drinks which is a great benefit when you have kids. The free breakfast is nice to and healthy options as well. Staff is always friendly. Only complaint is the walls are thin so their was a lot of weird noises in the middle of the night which kept my little one up, which in turn kept me up with the little one.

Overall pretty good . The staff at breakfast were lovely . Disappointed that the bin in the bathroom hadn’t been emptied and would suggest that the bathroom door needs attention . However , would stay again if up that way .

Easy parking for our motorcycles and very friendly and welcoming staff, spoke perfect English, unlike our imperfect French!

We finished walking the Camino Portuguese. We were exhausted, needing a couple of days to recover. My husband and I couldn't have asked for more. The room was perfect. It was spacious, well appointed and so comfortable. The staff went above and beyond the entire time we were there. We especially loved Pilar, but the entire staff was perfect. The breakfast was spectacular. There were so many options, it was hard to choose what to eat. We also are dinner at the hotel. Delicious. Couldn't ask for more.
