Great location, decent room with a beautiful view. Zero water pressure and no hair dryers available. Ot served the purpose for 1 night pre-cruise. The price was right.

The staff were very friendly and super helpful, even after we’d had a problem at checkout which was totally our fault. The property is right in the middle of the old town which is where you want to be in Matera. Many restaurants within close proximity

Very nice and clean room. Bed was very comfortable, but the towels were very rough…it seems they don’t use laundry softener when washing!

Treated very well by all the staff at Krystal! Spent a full 2 weeks there and had a truly wonderful time! Kudo's to Rafael, Selene, (Both Concierges) and Jaime in the Buffet restaurant. everyday a smile and Spanish lessons with our coffee! Location is second to none by the way in Ixtapa. Right on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world!!!
