チャンナイ国际空港から14kmと多少离れてますが、金曜日の19时くらいだったためずっと渋滞にはまりかなり时间がかかりました。ホテル周りはそんなわけで何があるのかわかりませんでしたが、ホテルのスタッフに教えてもらいATMが隣りにあり便利なことだけはわかりました。あとはルームサービスで夕食、朝はホテルレストランで。バタバタした１泊でした。ただ分かったことは、建物や部屋はまったく不満なし、そしてホテルスタッフがとても感じがよく优秀なこと。若きマネージャーのSujinさんが率いるスタッフは本当に気持ちがよいサービスを提供してくれます。おすすめのホテルです。

Paid for Seaview apartment and could only see trees as well as shower recess was very difficult to access as high bath wall to climb over and very slippery. Apartment quite spacious but overall was disappointed as advertised with marina view .

From the moment we entered, the room had a very strong and unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to stay in. The beds were broken, making them unsafe and unusable. In addition, the pillows showed signs of bed bugs, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern.

I punti di forza di questo hotel sono : La cordialità e simpatia del personale tutto che ti fa sentire a casa; poter partire dall'hotel con gli sci ai piedi nel più bel comprensorio sciistico che io conosca ( Alta Badia); La buona cucina , curata senza essere esagerata come a casa. Da migliorare : gli arredi di alcune stanze, da aggiungere qualche intrattenimento per i bambini

Room was very clean, of good quality and a very good value. I would highly recommend.

Excellent accueil et formule randonnées-raquettes magnifique. La région , notre guide francophone , les repas, le confort de la piscine thermale , tout était réuni pour une excellente semaine de vacances

Arrived a little early, to be greeted at reception, and told we could have the room early as it was ready Lovely sized room, and bathroom Comfy bed Brew kit Lovely stay, even if the misses thought see saw a ghost in the night lol

Excellent location, super clean, daily cleaning service, excellent breakfast, polite employees, ok internet. Hotel facilities 8,5/10. Parking surcharge. Out of season is no problem to park, in season could be problem.

Room has full of molds, everywhere from living area, bathroom and bedroom. Pillow, blanket and towels need to retire.
