All of the above. Especially Kiki at the daily drink cart! The Lemon Drop martini was my favorite and Kiki was always very friendly and eager to chat! Very welcoming!

Super views from the 42nd floor. Gets better as the night draws in and the city lights come on. Location is very convenient being right next to the train station and close to lots of eateries. Staff were polite and helpful but just that, would’ve liked a bit more friendliness. They knew it was our anniversary but not one congratulated us. Overall we love this hotel especially with its music theme evident throughout, eg the elevator decorations and the piano keys on the floor. Very arty and will definitely come back again one day ????????????

Deprecionado. Las condiciones de la habitación está regular les falta mantenimiento además de que me parece malo la relación calidad-precio. Con respecto a las mascotas me parece de mal gusto que revisen a tu salida que no haya destrozos cuando en ningún hotel lo hacen . El desayuno malísimo sin sabor ni gusto

Very comfortable stay. Rooms are what you want when out all day in & around Cairns. Staff friendly & helpful. Good value for money.

I would like to suggest you add shelves and hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes and put personal cleaning products on. . The speed of the Wifi was pretty good if we only use one device , Seems like I could only use one device at a time. Impossible to have a normal wifi access on two devices simultaniously. Regarding the cleanliness, the carpet was very clean, however the bedsheets and pillow covers did not have a very fresh look. Thanks for trying to help with the Wifi issue.

Unreal experience as always! Came last week for a Saturday night date.. we had the best time room was so aesthetically pleasing the view of London city is insane the sunrise wakes you up and we got a free upgrade from a micro studio to a suite so much so we booked another night - 1 week later we had an event to attend and so booked the same place and a suite this time only to again be upgraded to the 22nd (Top) floor with a great view and amenities! The staff are always so accommodating and lovely to

Questa e la seconda volta che vado , la prima è stata 2 anni fa dove sono uscita contenta e per questo motivo ho deciso di ritornare, ma questa volta tutto era cambiato. Faccio una prenotazione nelle terme dove avevo anche l'aperitivo incluso (abbastanza povero) cibo freddissimo. Entriamo nelle piscine dove l'accappatoio era a pagamento (3€) ?????♀? sempre extra da quello che avevo pagato.Chiediamo un tost per una bambina di 5anni e siamo dovuti uscire bagnati per andare a prenderlo all bar (in questo freddo) . Tranne la ragazza (receptionista) che ha provato in tutti i modi di aiutarci per il resto rimango molto delusa....
