Room was OK but quite dark inside, although staff very helpful. Area outside v noisy (Marine Parade) and windows not well insulated. Quite a bit of noise from other guests too...Location very convenient for town. Area immediately around the motel was a little rundown although much better either side. Good views of the sea from the room.

My room was fine and functional, and the staff helpful when I called. Other than that, my experience didn’t meet expectations. I arrived at 3PM, but there was no staff on site. (******* lists 24h reception - that’s a bit of a stretch, as they are ‘nearby.’) The condition of my room was nothing like the pictures in the listing - everything worked but was much more worn and dated. There was a fruitfly infestation in the bathroom. Other rooms may have been better, but I can only comment on what I encountered.

The room was clean. Check-in and out process was easy. We loved the room we got out in, which had a nice view of the Brighton life below.

You do need a deposit but staff are informative. Staff had no problem holding my luggage. Everything clean. Curtains let a bit of light in so maybe early risers appreciate that. The location is great for single men, families less so. Shuttle to Nana station available. Price is good. I like it

Easy stay, cafe is nice. Unfortunately had a diesel truck warm up right out front my door at 04:30 so I got to watch the sunrise. Other than that a decent place to stay for a night.

Yes, the room was in good condition, however, the website was not accurate in its representation. It was just a bedroom when we were expecting the "penthouse suite". The amenities were fine, however, we were expecting to be prepare our dinner, but were told we could not use the stove because of food odour that may occur. There were many, many rules about what we could not do, and only a few that we could. The representative was pleasant enough, but it was a disappointing experience.
