Location is perfect, right across the Convention Center. The hotel is in serious need of renovation, everything looks outdated, from furniture, elevator interiors, rugs and wall papers! Beds are great!

Staying here doesn’t make sense, if you’re on vacation. No pool, no jacuzzi, $18 per night to park, $16 per day, for breakfast. I had no hot water in my room and the very cold shower turned off on me twice. The staff however, was very friendly. They refunded me a nights stay. Maybe once construction is done it will be better but for now, I was highly disappointed.

Only staff member was high the whole time. Windows were so useless at keeping out noise there may as well have been none. Floor wonky. Bathroom tiles sharp. Mattress filthy. All round hell hole.

I stayed at Hotel Imperial Plaza Marrakesh from 2nd February to 4th February and had a good experience. The staff were polite and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would recommend this hotel.

Great location to ski slopes. Has underground parking, mot tha much more than street daily charges. Very friendly and helpful staff So clean. Our room was comfy, warm, good beds, traditional decor. The reception area is welcoming and the bar area has good seating. Over all very pleased with our stay, we paid a good price and the wonderful breakfast was included.

I expected a warmer and more welcoming attitude from the staff. Additionally, the room was missing some basic amenities, and the bathroom appeared outdated with a few broken elements.

Данный отель произвел очень приятное впечатление. Атмосфера отеля и номеров ??. Есть бассейн. Еда неплохая, в целом просто, но вкусно. Завтрак на крыше с видом на порт. Вечером, пока я гуляла, кто-то из стаффа пришел и закрыл мне шторы, опустил маскитные сетки - сервис! Разрешили остаться до вечера у бассейна, пока жду свой самолёт. Можно пользоваться услугами ресторана тоже. Но к сожалению, покупаться вне отеля не получилось, в целом район Stone Town к этому не расположил меня после Nungwi пляжа... Но это не проблема отеля. В моем бронировании было указано $4 на двух человек для оплаты налога, но я оплатила половину, так как одна. В другом отеле мне про это не сказали, и я оплатила всю сумму, а я и не знала... Так что тут работают честные и приятные люди, могу порекомендовать данный отель! Много гостей из Европы, это тоже показатель качества услуг отеля!

The room was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly. The hotel was in a good location

Just back from a fabulous week, everything about this place was lovely especially the food, so much so I had to buy some elsticated waist trousers! We are in the process of booking for next year the peace and quiet were just what the doctor ordered, if you like to party this really isn’t the place for you, if you like good food, relaxation and Bombay Sapphire this is the place for you ??
