You couldn't hear everything outside. People outside partying. The room was not that clean.

The room was clean and cooled. (It was a hot day). Very pleasant to relax after a long drive. The manager was friendly and very helpful.

Perhaps if offering breakfast cereal, it would be a banging idea to have some milk in the fridge. Cereal is average at best with just water. Appreciate the upgrade to a balcony room, but milk would have sealed the deal.

We have signs everywhere, in our compendium on the counter in room, mentioned in the text sent to you day of check-in, and finally, for those who miss all of that, the front of the fridge displays a large magnet that fresh milk is available in our guest kitchen. So yes, it would be a banging idea to have milk.

The hotel is marketed as an impressive five-star property, and in several aspects it does live up to high expectations. The facilities are excellent, and the room was stylish, well designed, and very comfortable. It is clear that a lot of thought has gone into the layout and overall appearance. Unfortunately, the overall experience is significantly let down by one crucial factor: the food. The quality was surprisingly poor — far below what one would reasonably expect, even from a two-star hotel. The “all you can eat” concept felt more like a worst-case buffet scenario and was, quite frankly, inedible. The hotel staff, on the other hand, deserve genuine praise. They were consistently professional, attentive, and service-oriented, which helped balance an otherwise uneven experience. Was it worth the price? Honestly, no. That said, it was still an experience. If I were to return for any reason, I would definitely choose to eat — including breakfast — outside the hotel.
