Currently doing renovations so main lobby closed and used small entrance. Booked room with balcony but unfortunately it rained during the day before we got there and the chair pillows were left out to get soaked. Finally dried out by morning but made the balcony less appealing. Nice room, big bed and great TV. No parking (and valet parking is $45/night which seems excessive). No room service but plenty of great restaurants 4 minutes away on foot. Highly recommend "Elizabeth" around the corner on Wharf Street.

Parking in downtown Portland is a very sore subject for visitors and residents alike. As it is, we take a loss on parking to spare our guests some of the expense. The public parking garage right next door charges an obscene $70 overnight. Regardless, we completely understand the sticker shock for visitors not expecting Portland prices. If your future travels return you to the Portland area, we hope you will choose to stay with us again.

Un établissement un peu dans son jus mais qui ne dénote pas car c'est ce qu'on attend dans un lieu pareil. De l'authenticité !! Le personnel est aux petits soins et le restaurant saura ravir vos papilles!

Room was clean, breakfast was available and its within the cooperate area. Overall good stay.

We upgraded our room; terrific wharf view. Hotel is centrally located to walk in Victoria! Near nice restaurants.

So convenient for everything!? We had an earlier check in than we expected. Met friends at Brindley place and enjoyed a weekend with friends. Breakfast was great, with a lot of variety, friendly staff and options for all diets.? Parking was super close and relatively good value considering the location. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom well appointed with White Company goods.? No noise from neighbours so all in all a really good choice.

I was absolutely delighted – the service was impeccable, from housekeeping to the restaurant and reception, especially Miss Mirindra, who was simply brilliant: a lovely, multi-tasking person, always smiling and ready to help everyone, serving several people at once. a first class hospitality staff member .?I’ll definitely be back.

Hotel and staff were helpful. Hotel listed a hot tub as amenities but neglected to list it as seasonal which was disappointing as it’s the main reason our booking. Having a breakfast was a bonus but the coffee was from a machine and tepid.

Very disappointing. Lousy food. Although staff were trying their best they need more supervision. A lodge that needs a lot of attention. Very unprofessional.
