房间小可以理解，因为预订的时候就写着平米数，明明订的是四星级的大床房，房间窗户完全被旁边楼间距不超过三米的楼挡的严严实实一点阳光都没有，感觉像是没有窗户的特价房，酒店在一个小巷子里，墨尔本市区本来就不大，真心不建议住在这，体验感太差了。前台的亚洲女生笑呵呵的给了我间最差的房间……so mean

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The place was very neat and clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was great since the area was quite hot. Gavin and his wife Celeste were warm, friendly, and very caring. I will definitely visit again with my partner on our next trip to Ballito

During my stay, there were children playing hockey in the hall opposite our room. When we wanted to rest, after asking them to be quieter, they banged on the door and then ran away. We complained to reception several times, but it didn't stop. We did not enjoy our experience.

Abbiamo trascorso 3h nella zona SPA di questo albergo meraviglioso ed elegante. è stata una bellissima esperienza che consigliamo a tutti. Gli ambienti sono grandi, caldi , accoglienti, puliti e profumati. A disposizione c'erano tisane, thè, e tanta frutta secca. Oltre a coperte calde per rilassarsi sui tanti divani comodi. Meravigliosa la piscinetta calda con idromassaggio esterna, con vista mozzafiato. Molto belle anche la zona docce con la sauna finlandese e il bagno turco.
