Nice room facilities, excellent position of hotel Room is quiet as we choose room far away from lift

Great location. Super friendly staff. Room was great and bed was super comfortable. Great all round.

Personale ospitale e accogliente, sempre disponibili. Nella sala Colazione, Paola é stato eccellente. Sicuramente sara’ la mia struttura di riferimento a Bormio.

Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen sehr Es Muffelt auf allen Etagen . Das Zimmer so eigentlich sch?n . Im Bad ist das Waschbecken kaputt. Teppich im Zimmer dreckig hinter den Nachttische stand das Dreck. Im Flur war der Teppich total kaputt und es fehlten stücke im Teppich. Wir waren sehr endt?uscht für den übernachtungspreis. Als übernachtungen-Kunden muss man noch 11,-€ pro Nacht für den Parkplatz bezahlen finde ich total eine Frechheit. 18,- € pro Person für Frühstück ist voll der Wucher und eine Frechheit. Einmal und nie wieder dieses Hotel

Complimentary breakfast was good. Room was okay. The hotwater was very slow running due to the shower head being electric (on demand hot water)

Had great experience! Staffs are all friendly. Definitely will book again ??

Room was fantastic and the staff was amazing. This will be my Napa hotel from now on!
