We stayed Friday night great location. Extremely friendly staff some great decor to be seen. Beds were comfortable room had everything needed

Good room, clean & spacious

The location was great, the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and the resort itself was very nice! Being 4 months out from a category 5 hurricane the resort looks fantastic. We will definitely stay there again!

Beim Einchecken müssen wir die Aufkl?rung unterschreiben, dass wenn etwas nicht funktioniert und innerhalb 1 Stunden nicht gemeldet werden müssen wir etwas zahlen. Deshalb haben wir gleich nachdem einchecken alles geprüft und wir finden gleich ein paar M?ngel. Am besten bevor man so eine Zettel macht, überprüft erstmal ob die Zimmer überhaupt richtig bezugsfertig sind. Der Licht bei Eingang ist aus (nachdem melden ist nichts gemacht),Seifenhalter ist kaputt (war auch nix gemacht), Flur war staubig und gibt noch Müll auf dem Flur (den Müll war weg nachdem 3x gefragt und trotzdem noch staubig, eventuell noch nicht gesaugt), Toilette ist fleckig war bestimmt schon lange nicht geputzt (da muss ich auch 2x zu Rezeption fragen weil die Dame war beim erste Mal kurz rein und schnell wieder raus mit eine Putzlappen ohne zu sagen ob sie fertig war oder nicht und habe ich zu Rezeption nett gefragt weil die Toilette immer noch fleckig war. Sie kommt das zweites mal jetzt mit ein andere Dame und hat mir gefragt wo genau die flecken und hat Sie endlich mit Edelstahlschwamm gereinigt) Ich m?chte nur ein sauberes Zimmer bekommen, hier ist leider schwierig zu bekommen. Den Rest ist okay, Lage, Frühstück und Rezeption versuchen wirklich zu helfen, aber ich glaube für Sauberkeit braucht noch zu verbessern.

Beautiful riad interior, lovely rooms with high ceilings, but the great part really is the staff, who were super friendly and accommodating, they gave us a free upgrade as it was quiet. The breakfast was okay, and the shower does make a little mess, but the beds were toasty! Great value if you’re a couple.

There was constant noise, day and night from local road works. I should have been informed of this before staying.

We were not given clear notice of the schedule or duration, and the works began with very little warning. Sehr sch?ne Unterkunft, Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet. Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, der Service sehr gut. Das Frühstück lie? fast keine Wünsche offen. Perfekt gelegen mit kurzem Weg zum Strand und dem gastronomischen Angebot im Ort.
