Very happy with the large room overlooking the river. Bed was comfortable, vegan breakfast good but really instant coffee?! This was the only criticism- should have brewed coffee as this is standard at every place I stay at. Josh was a great bartender

A repeated booking. Hotel location is less than 10mins drive from Heathrow Airport and has Hoppa bus service which is convenient.

Room had a foul smell which made the stay a little uncomfortable and also none of the pools or hot tubs were open so I was really sad after our far drive but it was nice views.

Room was excellent - great quality, huge and very clean. Staff had taken the trouble to make sure it was warm (cold night).
Staff were really welcoming and helpful. Carry out breakfast was much appreciated due to early flight.
