住了很多次，出差首选，早餐很丰富。离老外街很近

While the FC seems like an adult oasis, I found that everything (bowling, theater, classes) were more or less already booked up, and there were tons of kids at the club all weekend. While the staff are mostly very nice, there was an oddly limited amount of information provided about where things were, how you utilize the amenities, or what was what. There was also almost no signage anywhere. It was kind of an odd experience and I'm not sure I would stay there again.

Double pane windows, provide ear plugs, or some form of drape to drown out road noise. I should have asked to switch to non road side room. Bathroom shower fixture needs cleaning so shower heads work better. AC unit is new and worked great. Other than that, staff is great and that restaurant is very good.

I booked the upgraded jacuzzi tub room. When I arrived I was told the tub Jets weren't working. I was given a regular room. I contacted both the hotel and the website afterwards to request a refund of the $37 upgrade fee. Hotel said pricing and refunds was up to ********** ********** said it was up to the hotel but at at least gave me a $25 one key credit. Unsatisfactory

Super séjour avec mon mari. H?tel agréable et propre .L'accueil est top.Ils sont à l'écoute.font leur maximum pour vous satisfaire. Je suis tombée malade,de suite ils ont appelé le docteur.Merci pour votre réactivité. Le personnel est très agréable. Les repas sont variés, beaucoup de choix. Malgré la tempête et réduction du personnel, ils nous ont proposé du choix au buffet. Les serveurs supers ,coup de c?ur pour Wifak. C était notre 2 ème séjour, nous avons prévu d y retourner en janvier 2027 pour 1 mois???? A bient?t Michèle. E

1月下旬に2泊滞在 客室は清洁で広い。またチェックイン时にバスタブ有りの部屋が良いか闻いてくれた。 共有スペースでコーヒーや红茶などが自由に饮めて有难かった。 朝食も豊富で美味しかった。 Wi-Fiもあり便利。 ホテルの方はとても亲切でした。 また泊まりたいホテルです。

Used as was required to stay there for business purposes and if all you need is a simple but modern and comfy short stay then zedwell does it well.

Came here for a family birthday party , the staff are nice and polite but ridiculously slow and don’t keep an eye on your table ,I saw two different tables all with wine having to get up and go get it from the cooler they were stored in as no staff checking tables . We had a drinks order for six before we had a meal and this was delivered wrong We then sat for a meal and a second order of drinks also delivered wrong We all had starters these were delivered one on their own and the rest of us had ours five mins later, yes we got apologies each time but not good enough when paying premium prices. Main meal very nice but again a side order not sent and we had finished our meals by the time it arrived. Deserts were great and the standout part of the meal We then requested two drinks and these took over 20 mins to come After what we paid and the surcharge incurred it soured a birthday meal and for what we paid it just wasn’t good enough so unless things improved we won’t be returning. The servers need to be more attentive to the needs of the tables as too many times we watched others frustrated at no drinks or getting their own and we just stopped ordering as service was way too slow
