There was a bit of miscommunication at the beginning, as I had asked to drop my luggage early and I had been told someone would have been at the reception from 8am, in fact I was there nice and early, there was a sign outside to contact reception by phone but nobody answered until 9:15 and when they did, they seemed pretty annoyed about my call. Also, my request for a top bed was ignored initially, despite the act. Luckily they were happy to fix that when asked again. The capsules are a bit old and flimsy and I found bits left from the previous host in mine, so I guess cleaning isn’t done that well.

Location superb, very nice atmosphere, rooms are very neat and clean, very nice breakfast, lovely spread, quality and presentation is also excellent. Quiet and calm all day. Prompt service, good quality amenities, commendable staff behaviour. In short value for money.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Well appointed room and very clean with everything required for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

Friendly ladies on reception, clean room and having travelled around Italy in winter for a week this was the first place where the room was lovely and cosy and warm throughout my stay :) Would highly recommend!

I stayed in unit 23A?09 at Cormar Suites – a beautiful corner suite with an excellent view of the KL Tower. The room feels modern, well maintained and comfortably equipped, and I honestly have nothing to complain about. The location is very convenient for exploring Kuala Lumpur, and overall the property feels fresh and up to date – highly recommended.

Standard Premier Inn room, lots of renovations happening but not a lot of noise. No cold water, just hot water running from both taps. When I mentioned it to the front desk, they said I wasn't turning the tap on correctly, which was laughable. The water coming out of the taps was dirty and not drinkable (even after i ran the tap for 3-4 minutes and see picture) not even good enough to brush your teeth with. Breakfast opened at 7 am. We went down around 7:30, and there were massive queues to be seated and only one person available to book us in. My son ordered porridge, which was vile and cold. We asked for another portion, and the same happened again. We had to wait for most of the cooked food, so we gave up. Overall, 3 out of 10, and I wouldn't book again. Poor standards from the Premier Inn.

Staff was very nice, breakfast was good, Room was a bit small Bathroom was clean BUT the caulking around the shower and the floor needs to be changed
