If this is the new concept for Premier Inn, then it is FANTASTIC. Secure check in. Restaurant is secure and also table service instead of pay per order, as the secure check in provides a slip. Restaurant layout is great. Rooms are Premier Inn quality Staff here were amazing , shout out to Liv, Callem, and Georgie and the fantastic people in the kitchen, I had the 4 minis for ￡16. Superb.

As I was attending a concert at the Philharmonie, this hotel is perfectly located just across the road with a metro station outside. The room was clean and comfortable, reception staff helpful and, although the breakfast room was very busy, the choice of food was good.

A pleasant stay which was situated close to the main tourist spots. Breakfast selection was incredible and delicious. Friendly and attentive staff which made my stay in Agra even more memorable!

Ruben at Leonardo Botique Central is super nice, did his job, otherwise lady kitchen staff was rude! Not accommodating, broke a plate , nasty! Location was great!

Everything was good. The housekeeping staff Mr. Aman and Omprakash do a superb job in maintaining the room cleaning. Bad us made up nicely, floors and bathroom squeaky clean. Again special thanks to Aman! Always polite smiling, and humble and also have a good knowledge of local areas for visiting. Great job keep it up Aman and Omprakash.

The room was perfect. Spacious and beautiful. We also had a little balcony that we could see to the ocean and it was so beautiful. The staff was also very friendly and professional and super helpful. We also went to their spa services and it was so relaxing and beautiful. We had such a good time in chania in general but going back to the hotel to rest and relax was equally as great. Thank you.

Spent 8 nights at Angel Beach from 18th January 2026. We were with 2 other couples. We had deluxe rooms that were oh so spacious and kept spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant served delicious food. Prices good compared with European. Pool and beach were fabulous, free sunbeds and excellent bar & food service. Hotel is just a short tuk-tuk journey from the town with its beach, bars and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would go back to Angel Beach in a heartbeat!

The place is dated and the bed very uncomfortable which is a shame when the beds are usually so good. The bathroom had hairs in the bath and generally didnt feel like it had been cleaned very well. The rooms are very small.
