Everything about McCracken Country Club was outstanding. What a relaxing place. Great meal in their bistro, and room was comfortable with lots of space

Una bellissima sorpresa. Abbiamo fatto tappa per una notte e. abbiamo trovato un ambiente piacevolissimo, rilassante e accogliente. Tutto perfetto nei dettagli. Camere pulite, spaziose e letti comodissimi. L'accoglienza di Valeria e Marco, i giovanissimi gestori, è stata super. Consigliatissimo

房子状况就跟图片一样，我们只住一天还可以，然后位置很好，除了窗景漂亮之外也离热闹区域很近，走路15分钟可到。但是前台接待人员态度很差，也许是因为这栋都是经营短租生意的，旅客特别多，感觉前台口气很不耐烦，对于我们check out在里面等车也怀疑我们的身分，感觉很差。

Very clean and spacious apartment. Both bedrooms had a balcony. Fab hot showers toiletries provided. Only used the apartments for prepping breakfast had everything we needed, washing up liquid dishwasher tablets loo roll, paper towels and tea clothes all provided. Only a couple of mins walk to the Penkenbahn, close to Ahorn too. Quiet away from noise of apres ski but still close to bars and restaurants. Property sorted lift passes for us. We liked that each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom. Spar close by to get provisions. Had good spacious heated boot room to sort skis/snowboard

Pool was freezing. Hot tub was cold. Really loud music playing. The people that stay there full time are really rude to children. Breakfast was not very good

My stay here was exactly what I expected for a budget hostel near Canada Water. Don't come expecting luxury service or fancy amenities—it’s very bare bones in that regard. However, the room, while basic, was clean and comfortable enough for a very short stay. The really cool feature is that it’s right on the Thames with direct access to a ferry pier, which is a unique way to travel into the city. If you need a pitstop for a night or two, it does the job, largely thanks to the setting. Also, don't miss The Blacksmith's Arms pub just a stone's throw away. The atmosphere and service were fantastic, and the food was really good.

The staff from bellman to bartender to front desk were all gracious and lovely, going out of their way to be helpful. I dids not eat dinner but the breakfast and apres ski selections excellent and offered a lot of choices incl lox at breakfast, delicious fresh fruits. and cheese and meats and soup and pastries. fresh rolls and a salad bar after skiing. My room Was very clean and included a balcont with a great view of the Dolomites. Did not try the spa but everything is packed and ready for your visit. Wld come back im a heart beat.

The staff at Premier Inn were friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I would recommend Premier Inn to anyone visiting Alnwick.

The hotel is great and lovely scenery. The location is also perfect and the staff is nice!! Well done Marco at the restaurant so nice and also Bianca at the spa gave me a great massage. The only note is that some parts of the hotel can feel “cheap” for example the white labels in the lifts should be replaced with something prettier. In the room the minibar is too noisy, it woke us up in the night… not great at all. The food is great at the restaurant but could be better more sort of 5 stars vibe maybe. The spa is lovely and thankfully there is the adults only aerea! A note there though, the floor between the pool and the relaxing rooms is way too wet, it should be dried by the staff more often.

Wasn't pleased i ended up with a room where the toilet was separate from my room hotel was okay
