A nice, clean hotel. Very quiet and peaceful. Friendly and approachable staff. Meals were very generous, filling and delicious! Breakfast was a mix of continental and cooked so it set us up for the day. Would love to come back.

Très bel établissement, très propre, très bel accueil. Au d?ner, nous avons pu commander juste ce que nous souhaitions (soupe et salade). Petit déjeuner copieux. Très belle piscine, Personnel affable et à l’écoute. Nous recommandons absolument!

Very good and comfortable with more than optimum space for we 5 people. Light but good breakfast. Staff is good.

Damp smelly dust room radiator stinks when switched on. Stains on wall. Bed frame old squeaky. Doors slaming oeople partying running up and down the corridor

We loved our stay at Le Labrador, the room was charming with stunning views from the balcony. The staff were friendly and the location is perfect, so peaceful whilst being only five minutes from the town and ski stations.

Aso is way too isolated for my liking. The hotel location couldn't be any better given you can see the train pulling into the station though.
Friendly service and the staffs English was fine.
Shame about the poor winter weather meaning the crater wasnt open for people

Hotel molto accogliente. Tutto il personale è stato cortese e gentile. Ristorazione molto buona, sia per quanto riguarda la colazione che la cena. Eccezionale la SPA privata e riservata per godersi un'ora di relax.

As always we have had a nice stay again, staff very nice and friendly big shout out to Richard who is always friendly and helpful, we also ate at the beefeater for our breakfast and evening meal couldn’t fault it lovely meals again wouldn’t go anywhere else
