I find the property to be quite good clean and at a good location. The parking was slightly on the higher side and they were limited slots. When I was there. The check-in process was painfully long. This could have been better but overall service was reasonable.

From the moment we arrived at Hotel Tugu Lombok, it felt like stepping into another world—one where every detail is carefully crafted to create a truly unforgettable experience. Our room was absolutely beautiful, complete with a private plunge pool and a unique outdoor bathroom that felt luxurious yet perfectly in tune with the surroundings (and, thankfully, completely bug-free!). Dining was another highlight. The food was consistently excellent, and the dining room itself is set in such a serene, picturesque spot by the pool, overlooking the beach. Every meal felt special. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the atmosphere. The entire property is rich with character—statues, artifacts, and historical touches seem to appear around every corner, giving the grounds a magical, almost museum-like quality while still feeling warm and inviting. The beach and views are simply stunning, offering the perfect backdrop for relaxation. And the staff? Absolutely exceptional—attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. The seamless transfer arranged between the hotel and Gili T made everything effortless. A heartfelt thank you for such a relaxing and memorable stay—and a special mention to the creative genius behind the delightful towel displays, which brought a smile to our faces every day! We can’t wait to return.

First time and hopeful to return again. An overall excellent getaway from check-in to out. Rooms are clean and comfortable prepared for the ultimate outdoor experience with accessible restrooms and showers that are CLEAN and well maintained. Multiple Communal grills and fireplaces areas. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Unser Zimmer war riesig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, allerdings sind die M?bel teils schon etwas angeschlagen, tat unserem Aufenthalt aber keinen Abbruch. Beim Frühstücken war der einzige Kaffeeautomat ein bisschen mager, es bildeten sich kleine Schlangen, und der arme Mitarbeiter kam kaum hinterher mit Bohnen/ Wasser nachfüllen etc Sonst war alles sehr lecker!

Nós tivemos apenas 3 dias no hotel, mas as funcionárias e todo o pessoal que trabalha lá foram impecáveis e muito simpáticos, sempre dispostos a ajudar, foi realmente uma boa experiência e o ambiente é muito calmo e pacífico, de certeza que voltaremos de novo.
